Ah yes, while all of the problems we face as a Nation splitting in two and corruption in the highest levels of government all around the planet; seems there are those that don’t think they look moronic to someone like me coming out with the most outlandish announcements and poppycock propaganda!
Ridiculous comparison! Did it cost mega billions of dollars for Copernicus and society when he hypothesized that the earth revolves around the sun instead of the sun revolving around the earth? And did humans have to leave the planet attempting to travel in an environment that is not suitable for humans? None of the above! Intelligent beings living out there soon to be discovered?
Not going to happen and its fool’s errand; total waste of enormous money and resources that are sorely needed right here on Earth to try and save the human race from destroying itself instead of going into space with its exorbitant costs and total impracticability! In case anyone had forgotten the National Deficit is well over 20 Trillion dollars; there is NO tax payer money available for such bullshit when we may not even be able to provide social security to the retired elderly after 2035; who earned it by the way paying into the program! Too many Star Trek geeks and bureaucrats in NASA looking for big bucks to keep their adventures or jobs going!
The life is right here on the Blue Marble and too many humans have shown how little they think of life; by killing human babies and now we think we can go prancing around in space and find new life! Insanity! This project even being funded now is sacrilegious and dumb! Only space in the immediate area of the planet need be conquered any further for military purposes to make sure our enemies don’t get the upper hand and gain a weapon system that can defeat us and all our defenses from space; need be developed!
The old timers when I was growing up were right, too many pipe-dreams and fools trying to make them true! “Like beating a dead horse!”

Yes my Dear Mom in Christ Jesus, this is the consequence of tossing God aside in so many areas and ways in our lives as a civilization; trying to be God in some cases they think they know better! Dear Sister in Christ Marcia, you are absolutely spot-on here! That is the underlying point that needed to be made and you did it! You have brought out how so many modern day humans have turned their backs on God for self, to rebel and think they are great even when it flies in the face of all logic and obvious facts! Look at this photo and anyone who can see knows that these neighboring planets, basically kissing cousins in celestial terms can’t deny that this couldn’t be by chance that one the “Big Blue Marble” that we and all known life inhabit isn’t just some anomaly and the sister planet a roasted dry by the sun hostile alien wasteland! Einstein had had said once relative to a discussion with other physicists, “Chaos and randomness are, therefore, not part of nature (“God does not play dice”). According to Einstein, “cosmic religious feeling is the strongest and noblest motive for scientific research”. But, most important to me is what God told us in the Holy Scriptures about such arrogance and denial of Truth and Facts!
“They have eyes to see but do not see and ears to hear but do not hear”. This means people do not take time to ‘thought’. Humans are selfish and self-centered. They have the power to make equitable choices but prefer to make selfish choices. Why they do this is the enemy of man “Satan” who is the negative part in all of us which is constantly confusing our power of free thought into making bad choices.
As Ralph Waldo Emerson said “common sense is genius dressed in working clothes.”

Imagination is a powerful force to be reconciled as it can take one in a multitude of directions some amazing and some not good at all; even highly self-destructive. It can make one a super hero in the eyes of others and even one’s self, but if not bridled with discernment some adventures initiated by imagination can come crashing down and be hopelessly dashed to pieces, as for example the Flight of the Phoenix of Greek Mythology! But, “being saved is reality” and none of us can save ourselves because we all will face the end game reality of mortality no matter how powerful our imaginations are or however millions would listen to our rants and fantasies! Eventually any one of us will come crashing down and fly no more! There will be a moment in the future when in your mind all will be silent and there will be no response or anything left to say! Will all be lost, that depends if the imagination was tempered with hope and faith of “the higher power than anything we can know on our own,” therefore we must discern and decipher carefully what is and isn’t being said, as we seek to understand what really matters; because out there in the vastness and within the deepest imagination lies the answer to all our fears, hopes, passions, yearnings and even our own lack, within the collective consciousness’s of mankind, because we are only a fragment of the whole story and cannot fathom the ultimate awe and mystery that is always somewhere outside of our reach and wildest imagination!
