“You cannot serve God and money”

Matthew 6:24 ESV “No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.”

Deception, lies and sin abound in this topsy-turvy materialistic secular world today, so much as I see it that from an outside observer such as an angel of God’s or Jesus Himself this place we call home must look like some seething cauldron of sin, crime, folly and outright arrogant decadence! God’s vast great mercy and devoted love for His children is the only reason this continues on toward total collapse and perdition; or the final battle between all the glory and power of God in heaven against all that is truly evil from the deepest and darkest pits of hell. I see it plain as day now this world is out of control and the wanton sin along with the madness is ratcheting up to the showdown of the universe and all existence!

Just this week I wrote my sentiments here at this site in regard to a couple of specific issues arising in the Church which I partially repeat with these excerpts, that follow and do relate to this article as well. Bear in mind please, that I’m not talking from a happy or easy going frame of mind these days as I once did throughout most of my life regardless of circumstances, as I was an eternal optimist who always saw the “glass half full!” But, as a fine family man and friend who has both young children and teens, a fine good wife and mother; both of them working as person’s that do so much to help adults having difficulties through their professions, he said to me in a conversation we were having about some of my writing as we were getting caught up since our last long talk, he said, “you’re not that way anymore then,” obviously asking where I stand in my POV; to which I replied, no! Saying not that I don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel and hope is truly what we have to hold onto moving forward, and, we will be rewarded for genuine faith in Him our Savior who won’t ever let us down, but, while we’re in this ugly battle with so much evil right in our faces daily and throughout this corrupted treacherous world, I can’t be the happy go lucky guy I once was, saying things like, “don’t feel so sad or beat up, it’s all going to work out you’ll see!” Well, I meant it in the past and I do now, although I still have moments of exuberance and I do always maintain that we will see, and things will be fine eventually; but this ugly misery that has been poured out over the world to push it all toward being a hell on earth is only going to get much worse before it will be “Cancelled;” with all these “Cancel Culture” hypocrites and wicked, demented slaves to Satan, who are so unforgiving and radical in all they do or think, being the true destructors or perhaps as foretold in Holy Scriptures, that in the End Time in the book of the Apocalypse the locusts would run rampant as the climatic end approaches and they only seek to ruin human lives in their path! Which is exactly what we see going on in the US Government where evil vicious and ugly persons are setting out to destroy all that is good about America for communism, actually doing harm to the genuine good citizens, while bringing in illegal alien criminals, with children used in front of them as a deceptive shield; and these evil officials seek out anything else of virtuous good they can ruin in the process, like the Constitution and even the Church; these slaves of Satan!

Revelation 9 “Then the fifth angel sounded: And I saw a star fallen from heaven to the earth. To him was given the key to the [a]bottomless pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke of the pit. 3 Then out of the smoke locusts came upon the earth. And to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.”

Society is overflowing with these same type of sinister destructive persons doing their part to inflict misery where and when they can; while all of us who want nothing to do with such evil try our best to live in a manner like Saint Mother Teresa stated we should, “just one day at a time,” carrying on fighting the good fight! So it’s difficult, more than ever to feel like being a part of this fallen world now, and our Hope is in Him, our Lord and Savior; which is being made so very obvious to us as we see all leadership falling apart, even in the Church.

This from my reblog here the other day shows why it’s so plain to see. “But, what I have to focus on most of all in this wholesale global debauchery and discounting of innocent human babies for these ulterior materialistic sacrilegious designs, by some earthly powerful corrupted persons; that this is also more poignantly than all of what I’ve mentioned, is a ramping up exponentially of the Devil’s final massive plan to take as many souls to hell with him as possible; so we are in later days, there can be no doubt about that now! We know that throughout ancient history from Holy Scriptures and other records that many times chastisement and God’s wrath did come down upon the earth to punish and destroy certain peoples that provoked God and went so far in blaspheming Him that it was required at that point! Such as the Great Flood of Noah’s time or how Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed; and life on earth was allowed to continue in order to fulfill God’s plan and ultimate Salvation for all who would be worthy of forgiveness! But, the sort of things going on now in this highly advanced unprecedented time are producing transgressions like nothing this world has ever seen and I say this is all next to being in hell, or in effect; it’s really become very close to hell on earth! So, let’s face it you and I can logically and in our hearts know that our all loving Creator who we are able to know and worship in the form of our Savior Jesus Christ, will not be putting up with much more of this truly diabolical satanic activity much longer! It can’t be allowed to go any further than the appearance of the Antichrist because then what would be the point of allowing a completely out of control blaspheming human race to continue and transgress God in ways too ugly to even talk about. We have reached the breaking point and things are moving fast now; which stands to reason being in the digital age!”

Another fine article here on this site “Babies were aborted alive, placed in a fridge to harvest cell lines used in some vaccines: researcher said” based on reports from February 19, 2021, LifeSiteNews: And I quote here from that article report; “Cell lines derived from aborted babies used in the production or testing of various vaccines, including a number of COVID vaccines, most likely came from babies who were aborted alive, and according to the general practice as outlined in medical literature, may have been placed in a fridge while still living where they awaited dismemberment before having their organs harvested, a researcher has found.”

And here I’ve decided to use all of the script that I wrote yesterday regarding this outlandish condoning by Church Hierarchy along with our False Prophet Bergoglio; the admission into the chaste female order of Nuns who have always done a wonderful job of serving our Lord Jesus and His Church as well as the human community at large; a man to call himself a woman Nun!

“Satan’s evil has now permeated not just all walks of secular life in the entire global community but now resides in the Holy Sanctuary Mother Church, which is an act of sheer “blasphemy on a daily basis” putting our Church in no better standing than ancient pagan idolaters like the Mayans with their human sacrifices infused with totally lustful debauchery and denigration of life on earth making humans mere babbling, moronic, crazed banshees not just acting the part of the fool but actually inviting demonic spirits to invade them, taking possession of their very souls; selling their souls to the Devil gone wild on steroids! Make no mistake about it; this is satanic worship getting the old serpents grip on hearts, minds and souls by the millions!”

“This infiltration has been a long time in coming with a steady almost automatic or impulsive increase of corruptions throughout secular society and the equally steady to rampant perversion of the Church and all the good it has meant to humanity through the ages; to now becoming a coven of devilish fiends traipsing and masquerading around like the Devil’s own right in the Church, seeking to pull it all down into hell with Satan! This should obviously mean to anyone who is sober and attentive to what Jesus Christ gave to us by His suffering and dying on the cross by fulfillment of the Holy Scriptures that we are absolutely in the “End Time!” There is no kidding around or loafing now; so many human beings at this rate are going to hell for eternity, and we all are in jeopardy, as Satan formulates his final stage of “global deception” that will even trick some of the elect, ushering in the antichrist to enslave the entire human race; claiming all souls for him to torment in hell for eternity!”

“I’m shocked that so many people are so easily duped and sucked into this vortex of abomination currently sweeping up souls around the globe! But this is only possible because the gates of hell have been opened wide releasing massive numbers of demons to infect and infest the human race and destroy God’s children! We must continue to pray fervently and cry out to our Lord and Savior constantly now moving forward, to save all those who are worth saving, and in this plea our hope should be that countless humans will wake up in time, turn from evil and call upon Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; asking Him to save them while there is still opportunity, for any who will accept Him as our Lord Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ!”

I’m only a lowly sinner and one of the lost in this mess of a world, but, I still can distinguish and see wrong from right; thank God I can and know that I, just like any of you, need to pray and try our best every day; to keep trying to do even better in seeking and following His will, who is wanting so badly for each of us to turn away from sin and accept Jesus as our personal Savior; so we can be together in heaven forever! Amen.

A Eucharistic Meditation from St Justin (d. 165), an early Christian martyr and saint:

”There is then brought to the president of the brethren bread and a cup of wine mixed with water; and he taking them, gives praise and glory to the Father of the universe, through the name of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, and offers thanks at considerable length for our being counted worthy to receive these things at His hands. And when he has concluded the prayers and thanksgivings, all the people present express their assent by saying Amen. This word Amen answers in the Hebrew language to genoito [so be it]. And when the president has given thanks, and all the people have expressed their assent, those who are called by us deacons give to each of those present to partake of the bread and wine mixed with water over which the thanksgiving was pronounced, and to those who are absent they carry away a portion.
And this food is called among us Euxaristia, of which no one is allowed to partake but the man who believes that the things which we teach are true, and who has been washed with the washing that is for the remission of sins, and unto regeneration, and who is so living as Christ has enjoined. First Apology 65-66

Father Z: “Reflect on what these people believed… the faith in which they believed fuel like a fusion reactor by the faith by which they believed.

They were willing to die [for their Faith].”

CP&S comment: Have we become any wiser or grown more pious in our devotion for our Eucharistic Lord after almost two thousand years from the times of those early Christians? They went willingly to go to their death rather then renounce even one iota of their Faith. May their testimony be a leading star for us to follow, and to awaken in our sluggish hearts a revival of that same heroic courage and love of Christ and His Holy Words.

“It is clear that our liturgy is timeless through this saint’s writings. Justin Martyr (probably more correct to say Justin the Martyr) stands as one who was faithful to the end. With the predominance in most catholic circles of effeminate, clownish men in the hierarchy it is no wonder that we are in the situation we are in today in the Church. Unclear encyclicals, wrong-headed edicts, and watered down liturgy have led the Church to the precipice of the pit. While Christ told us that Hell would not prevail, many in the Church today are trying their best to prove Him wrong (and we know where that will end!).

Would that we all take St. Justin’s words to heart!”
