I Have Witnessed it Numerous Times

“They are two faced because they smile like they are your friend but watch out for the knives when you turn your back. They would rip you off for a nickel and laugh and brag about it.”

This is so true Brother Joseph; I’ve learned to spot these people in my public life a mile away, but I got some serious lumps getting to that ability! And you’re right, young or old they’re cut from the same cloth and through their “willful ignorance” and “pride” they scoff at the righteous and upright faithful persons, or try to foil them at any opportunity; as I’ve experienced their madness even on this internet, as you know!

Actually they are very pitiful, using up so much of their time in this life which is meant to prove themselves worthy to the Lord of eternal salvation, peace and happiness; but instead use this opportunity for trivial pursuits such as these! What a shambles of a life they lead and many times they think they are riding high and mighty; but like you said they have a huge surprise coming to them! Going in the opposite direction of our Lord’s instruction and our spirit teacher the Comforter!

James 4:5-7 “Or do you think the Scripture says without reason that the Spirit He caused to dwell in us yearns with envy? 6But He gives us more grace. This is why it says: “ God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” 7Submit yourselves, then, to God. “Resist the devil,” and he will flee from you.” This applies to all of his minions too!

Romans 8:31 “What then shall we say to all these things? If God is for us, who can be [successful] against us?”

So that the reality which they will face is truly horrible; but some want it!

Luke 13:27-29 “And he will answer, ‘I tell you, I do not know where you are from. Depart from me, all you evildoers.’ 28There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves are thrown out. 29People will come from east and west and north and south, and will recline at the table in the kingdom of God.”

Matthew 7:21-23 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!”

As you stated here Brother; “But, take comfort and courage you who have been abused by these swine.”

Yes we can rest assured and absolutely take comfort and courage.

Because as you rightly state! “Then, when calamity comes crashing down upon their heads, they blame everybody but themselves.”

“They will be slowly but completely destroyed in their minds, bodies and spirits. Then they will die a slow, painful death all alone.”

Yes God does give to everyone, the chances they need to be redeemed; but multitudes do not listen nor care, so like my Dad would tell us as kids to remember, “the same way a crook is often caught is by giving them enough rope; and when it comes to the truly defiant and rebellious; that’s what God does, is gives them enough rope to hang themselves!” So that in the end they get their just reward!

That’s how I’ve seen some of these backstabbers go down over the years; and it’s never pretty!

God bless you.
Thank you Lord in the name of Jesus! Amen.

Don’t drag me away with the wicked, with those who do evil. They say “Peace” to their neighbors, but evil is in their hearts. Pay them back for what they have done, for their evil deeds. Pay them back for what they have done; give them their reward. They don’t understand what the Lord has done or what he has made. So he will knock them down and not lift them up. Psalm 28: 3-5 The Holy Bible The New Century Version

Now that I am a senior I have seen it all around me.

Do not say that the younger generation is selfish and self centred because I see it in the older ones just as bad. They are two faced because they smile like they are your friend but watch out for the knives when you turn your back. They would rip you off for a nickle and…

  1. I pray for people for three days, when they come to my attention through what they say. Then I give them to God, and ask Him to work with them. The three days I pray for them are all day, and at times in the night. I think that three days is enough, and at times I try to just pray. I forgive, and pray on. I am not perfect, but I find that praying for those who speak ugly to me works. It makes me humble, and I think God takes it after this. I have His peace, and without His peace, we can’t get answers. So walk in His peace. Ask for wisdom, and He will show you what to do with those who come against you. At times it is the demons, and other times it is self, in them acting up. In fact, self does much talking.

    1. Hi Rubie! To do that is a blessing and praying to God through our Lord Jesus brings the Comforter to assist and teach us all things we need to get through the moment, day and life on earth! You’re right about the praying and many times it works that way; but I say we are working and fighting against powers, principalities and demons now like no other period in human history; this cyber world we are exchanging in right now is part of the growing problem which is going to get much worse; a form of the “Devil’s Playground on Steroids, and not grounded in Godliness but in “deception with non-reality;” that which is artificial and fake; the Devil is living it up now! The world is moving into that final stage and “all manner of deceptions and demonic forces” are influencing or possessing many people now! We must remain hopeful and be prayerful; while being “very discerning and vigilant” to protect ourselves from not just the obvious temptations and evils that abound now, but, also not to “waste our precious time” that we have left to do “God’s will” and be saved! Because the Devil is playing many tricks and distracting people all day long using Cyberspace, attempting to pull them away from the Truth and the Light, then snare another soul, before his time is up and it will be I believe in the not distant future; in relative terms very soon! God’s judgment is coming upon this world fast!

Romans 12:17-21 “Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all. If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the “wrath of God,” for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.” To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

      1. Thank you. Now that have the time, I read daily, and pray. It works for me. I spend time reading, and studying. I know that praying helps me, and I know about spiritual warfare. Being in ministry makes me find refreshing time with the Lord.

      2. You’re welcome and as I see it you’re in a great position to focus much of your time on doing all the good that the Lord will have you do! Think how much more distraction from some of these things you do now, you must have had when working full time and running in the survival game or Ways of The World System. Sounds like you have struck a perfect balance now!
        Amen.

      3. I try. My husband is still pastoring our church, but we are beyond retirement age. He studies long hours, and I love to hear him preach. He is gifted, and I am never bored with what he has to say. On the other hand, I am praying for the services, and for those who don’t know Christ. Always. It is not a burden, but I love to see people come to Christ, even adults.

      4. Well as the saying goes, “now that’s a horse of a different color!” You and your pastor husband both have your hands full already with blessings and duties that our Father in heaven sees fit for both of you to carry out for His glory, and as you said; “to bring others to Christ!” I can’t think of anything more important and accomplishing than “making sure others know Jesus Christ and are Saved!”

“The Main Mission is to seek God’s “Will” in order to better serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There is no such thing as doing just right if it isn’t God’s will.

On bent knee as humble as I can be, I say; the one thing I yearn and hope for above everything is that at the end of my trial on earth the sweetest music to my ears will be, to hear God Almighty upon my judgment, tell me face to face, “Well done my good and faithful servant.”

I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me” (John14:1-6).

Matthew 25:21 “His master replied, ‘Well done my good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!”

“Therefore, being always of good courage, and knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord–for we walk by faith, not by sight–we are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:6-8. Amen.

God bless both you and your husband Rubie!

  2. Thank you Brother Joseph and always the same to you! I always was drawn to God’s word as a boy and onward, but, I too was afflicted with the “Ways of The World” at times and the “Flesh Life” of pleasing and being pleased; just basically vain and idle pursuits that are a fool’s errand in the end! I grew in my wisdom over time and hard lessons as well as study, but, I also got knocked down severely, attacked and kicked in the teeth all of which took a toll on me! Nevertheless I’m happy to say the real me is still intact and I cannot allow the evil to cause me to quit or give up, so I must stand tall for Jesus to my last breathe; if anything I became more determined to try better to do our Father’s will! That is how it should work, when we allow God to take command of our hearts and we truly learn to love Jesus we see how this life is never the goal; and is only a burden, so we seek to do what God told us to do while here!

Colossians 3:1-3”Therefore, since you have been raised with Christ, strive for the things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. 2Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.”

Romans 12:1-3 “Therefore I urge you, brothers, on account of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. 2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God. 3For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but think of yourself with sober judgment, according to the measure of faith God has given you.”

    Peace
    God bless you Joseph.
