A federal judge in Louisiana blocked Democrat President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for health care workers on Tuesday, issuing a nationwide injunction on Biden’s order.
The Daily Advertiser reported:
Louisiana Western District U.S. Judge Terry Doughty’s decisionfollows an identical ruling Monday from Missouri U.S. District Judge Matthew Schelp, but Schelp’s decision only covered 10 states.
Doughtyruled on the lawsuit led by Republican Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry and joined by 13 other states, but Doughty added a nationwide injunction in his ruling.
“If the executive branch is allowed to usurp the power of the legislative branch to make laws, two of the three powers conferred by our Constitution would be in the same hands,” Doughty wrote. “If human nature and history teach anything, it is that civil liberties face grave risks when governments proclaim indefinite states of emergency.”

Yes! God Bless Judge Doughty. Sure does lift up the drooping spirits to know that some Judges are still being … well … Judges. That is doling out justice.

So True and if those judges are following the Constitution verbatim in accordance with its Judeo- Christian built in precepts then there is no way Abortion should be allowed, as it is absolutely an affront to God Almighty whom America was built upon, one nation under God! How they ever got this so horribly wrong blows my mind, but more important it was a death knell to America like many other things that made God very unhappy with us here!
I think there was too much listening to the ACLU and Southern Poverty Law Center making concessions and appeasing while making all the PC more important than the Constitution and God; trying to please too many people when that is a fool’s errand! We’ll never please everyone and especially those that want to trash the Constitution or Christianity while in America!
