It is IMPOSSIBLE for a president to mishandle classified documents because he is the SOURCE of the power to classify and declassify.
Furthermore, a document CANNOT be classified nor remain classified to HIDE a CRIME by the government. Nor can classification be used to prevent embarrassment to the government!

“Trump made those documents available to the Feds in June. He told them to take whatever they needed. That fact is documented in a follow-up letter between the NA and Trump’s lawyers. I guess 99% of the media are neglecting to report that fact.”

“Of all people to deride Kash Patel — Peter Strzok? There isn’t enough disinfectant in the world to wash the sleaze off of Strzok. He’s the man who was having an affair with Fellow FBI agent Lisa Page. His 2016 text messages went public about how the FBI would make sure Trump was not elected, and he said the FBI had “an insurance policy” to make sure that didn’t happen. Strzok epitomizes the corruption that has tainted the Bureau. He should have been fired long ago. I’ll take Kash Patel in my corner any day.”

‘Brown Lives Matter’: Kash Patel blows up DOJ/FBI ‘gangsters’ over unredacted name in Trump affidavit
Much was hidden from the public in the heavily redacted search warrant affidavit for the FBI’s raid on former President Donald J. Trump’s South Florida residence but one thing that wasn’t was the name of Kash Patel and he’s furious about it.
The former Trump administration official has been outspoken about the storming of Mar-a-Lago and the right of the ex-POTUS to declassify documents, telling Fox News host Maria Bartiromo that Trump “can literally stand over a set of documents and say ‘these are now declassified,” during an interview on “Sunday Morning Futures” earlier this month.
Patel swung back at what he called “political vengeance,” blasting the “government gangsters” who he claimed put his safety at risk by not redacting his name.
“Today marks another vicious attack from DOJ/FBI who intentionally jeopardized my safety by un-redacting my name in the most reviewed search warrant in the history of the United States,” he said in a statement posted to Truth Social. “This cartel of corruption inside our government is so devoid of concern about national security, they could not be bothered to see the judge in-person. Instead, they literally called in the raid on the home of a former president via the FBI’s best friend, Zuckerberg’s WhatsApp.”

“This same FBI has been investigating death threats made against me due to baseless political overreach by government gangsters and in their greed for political vengeance, have threatened my safety again,” Patel continued. “Me, a former national security prosecutor, Deputy DNI, Chief of Staff for DoD, and lead investigator for Russia Gate – the very investigation they continue to work so hard to cover up.”

Trump’s enemies were overjoyed that Patel’s name was on full display in the affidavit, former FBI special agent Peter Strzok took to Twitter to gloat.
“Never great to see your unredacted name in a search warrant affidavit,” he wrote. “To borrow from Eric Hirschman, ‘I’m going to give you the best free legal advice you’re ever getting in your life. Get a great F’ing criminal defense lawyer – you’re going to need it,’” quoting former White House lawyer Eric Herschmann whose testimony was featured during the J6 committee hearings.
Also salivating over the possibility that Patel could be targeted by President Joe Biden’s Justice Department was former FBI assistant director Frank Figliuzzi, one of the many security state figures who now draws a paycheck from MSNBC, telling far-left radio host Dean Obeidallah that it was time for Patel to lawyer up.

“Can you explain to people two things. One is, can Trump just say these are declassified, and that makes them declassified?” he asked. “And secondly, can you just declassify a document, but what’s still in it, like What’s in it? Like where are all our spy locations, information, could that still be classified?” Obeidallah asked. “So if you’re leaving it around, well, the document might be declassified, you’re still putting our national security at risk because someone’s reading something that is highly sensitive to our nation”
Figliuzzi responded, “So I tell you what, why don’t you and I, when we’re done with our talk here today, let’s go offline, and both of us will file a Freedom of Information Act request to the US government and we’ll say, ‘Hey, we hear that all those pages of classified documents that were at Mar-a-Lago are declassified and we’d love to get a copy, since now they’re unclassified.’ And let’s see what the answer is.”
“Kash Patel better get an attorney, soon,” Figliuzzi added. “Because Kash Patel is the guy saying, ‘I knew all about this standing declassification order. I know all about it all.’”

I pray that if you were lacking in any this; you have learned some of God’s truth!
On a sour note the massive increase in street crime in NYC where a man working as a cabbie was murdered and was the father of four young children that his wife is taking care of without him now, due to the soft on crime De-fund Police prosecutors put in by Soros and the Democommie Cabal; that evil Governor Hochul refuses to address at all! In other words let them die and New York “go to hell in a hand basket.”

I totally agree with General Michael Flynn! Abraham Lincoln has always been one of my top 3 all-time favorite historical figures who absolutely made a difference in this corrupted failing world! Peace and genuine Patriotism have ebbed and flowed throughout America’s history but the majority of American citizens have always been on the same page and dedicated to our historical values without hesitation no matter what ethnicity, heritage, origin or faith hands down we have all shared in the God given inalienable rights bestowed upon human beings and have always rallied to preserve freedom in the homeland and overseas lending our own precious blood and treasure to uphold freedom wherever it rings out among people who are resisting tyranny.
I was just speaking to someone in Law Enforcement yesterday about community standards and how we might better bring all people to recognize, all of the good we have and how we as a community can work together to preserve it no matter what circumstances may arise! The progressive left is not progressive at all, and that term is an absolute misnomer lie; they are regressive in that they want more power and control over the populace! They are pushing the same ideology as the one slammed upon other nations, as for example during the so called cultural revolution in China under Chairman Mao Zedong which tore apart the worthy established long term government and societal traditions in China, replacing it with Atheist Communism! Millions of citizens were slaughtered to accommodate that dictatorial power grab and wicked ideology!
We cannot allow this to happen and General Flynn is right we must all pitch in on whatever level we can to advocate the best things about our Constitutional Republic and inspire others to do the same so we can work together to reinforce and strengthen not dismantle it; which would be a complete travesty of unprecedented proportions taking all rights and freedom away from the citizenry and give all the power to the elitist tyrants to punish and suppress all those below them; a dictatorship of evil!
Start reading your Bible and the Constitution. While you do meditate on what you see around you that need wholesome improvement and consider if there are any ideas that you can bring to the community at large or strong advocates in your locale to move the society in a positive direction on a grassroots level. That could be where you work or in the school system, law enforcement and many community non-profit organizations that represent the majority of citizens and who are only interested in protecting and improving what we have in this great Nation under God; not breaking it!

RAPE, PILLAGE, PLUNDER; AMERICA YOU’VE BEEN HAD!
Before commenting on this article, I must first thank all of you Americans who of late have started raising your voices and/or casting your votes to counter all those bent on destroying this nation. I’ve been waiting since the sixties to see just what it would take to get the American people to stand up and use the most important weapons they have (their voices and their votes) to throw the incompetent/corrupt/self-serving/witless politicians, bureaucrats, academicians, and media folks out on the street.
Next, my thanks to President Trump and General Flynn for their roles in exposing the entire military/industrial/political/deep state complex and the swamp they employ.
Last, my thanks to Godfather Joe, Silly Kamara, Crying Chuck, Loony Nancy, and so many others on the so-called left. Special thanks to each of you for reinforcing my confession/lessons learned (see below) throughout your years in politics. Oh, before I forget! Godfather Joe; do you remember the time we listed you, Billy Clinton, and a whole gaggle of politicians as subjects in that international drug trade investigation? Hint, it was during your first term in the Senate. Why don’t you impress the folks by explaining the term, ‘Green Lining?’ Godfather Joe, you also have my congratulations in that you are one of the three subjects in that drug trade/money laundering investigation who have gone on to be President of the United States of America!
This article reinforces the confession/lessons learned (see below) first presented in 1989 to the citizens of this old soldier/cop’s community while serving as their police chief.
A Soldier/Cop/Mercenary’s Confession/Lessons Learned
* The Seven C’s of Leadership according to a survey of Vietnam era ground combat veterans listed of the order of their importance to the vets are; Candor, Competence, Consistency, Commitment, Courage, Compassion, and Courtesy. The reason the soldiers chose the word “candor” is because candor encompasses both omission and co-mission. To a combat soldier lack of absolute candor, be it co-mission or omission, are equal sins! In short, soldiers expect/demand absolute candor from their leaders before all else.
* The American people are the most effectively lied to people in modern times thanks primarily to politicians, bureaucrats, academicians, and the media.
* The greatest threats to the American people are the corrupt and/or incompetent politicians/bureaucrats/academicians found at every level of government/academia, and the majority of the American so-called media.
* Soldiers do not fight first and foremost for their country, the flag, motherhood, girls back home, or apple pie! Before all else, soldiers fight for their fellow soldiers and their unit. Why? Because in every war/police action/whatever in the twentieth century and thus far in the twenty-first the strategies and tactics adopted by mostly incompetent/corrupt military and civilian managers (notice I said managers not leaders) were/are designed to maximize the profits of the military/industrial/political complex with little regard for the those personnel charged with employing the same. In short, the American soldier has been/is nothing more than a “mercenary” since 1969 with the creation of the “All Volunteer Army (VOLAR)”.
* The American Profession of Arms and our brothers/sisters in the Blue have failed to protect the American people from all of their enemies, both foreign and ‘most especially’ domestic.
* There are only two primary requirements to be a career soldier and/or cop in America. One must be smart enough to do the work and dumb enough to take the job.
* American soldiers and police officers must in addition to mastering all of their professionally mandated tasks learn to accomplish the same with at least one arm tied behind their backs and their vision impaired 50% or more.
* Far too many of the politicians, bureaucrats, academicians, and media types I have encountered during my years as a soldier/cop/mercenary I most kindly refer to as; self-serving, witless, cowards. Note: I originally referred to the aforementioned folks as; “Self-serving, witless, cowardly, pissants!” After retiring to the deep woods I dropped pissants once becoming acquainted with the little guys; in that I learned pissants are not self-serving nor witless, and certainly not cowards!
* After carefully watching the whole of the political class since May of 1960, I can say without reservation that most of the group will sell their souls and our bodies just to remain in power.
* Want to see what the United States of America will look like if the left takes control of the government? Take your pick: New York City, Baltimore, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or the complete packages; California, New York, Illinois, etc, etc, etc…..
* If the so-called Progressive movement continues unchecked a number of able veterans are going to be presented with a challenge/decision. Are the American people worth another drop of our sweat and/or our blood?
* The end goal of the elites and their minions is not (nor ever has been) socialism, communism, or capitalism. The elites of the world have used all manner of ideologies, religions, terrorism, brute force, etc. to drive the masses/peasants/serfs/etc.. in one direction. That direction leads to one of the oldest forms of human control ever employed in the history of mankind. That form of human control is Feudalism!
* Arrogance plus ignorance equals stupidity (A + I = S).
Soldier/Cop/Mercenary, Retired

* Like soldiers engaged in combat since God created man, American soldiers continue to employ the most cost effective personnel management tool known to man when persons assigned to lead them in combat demonstrate they cannot/will not practice the Seven “C’s” of Leadership. That tool is, ‘????????’! NOTE: If you do not know the tool seek out any living ground combat veteran (your best bet will be a Vietnam era ground combat veterans). Warning, if you have anxiety issues do not ask!
* My guns were always turned in the wrong direction.
* Washington, DC is the most target rich environment in the nation.
* The only position I will accept if called to serve again is that of: Commander, Revolutionary Forces.
Mr. Biden: American soldiers do not leave our people behind. Sooner or later you will learn the reason those people appointed to lead soldiers who fail to practice the Seven ‘C’s’ of Leadership will be negated by the very ones they were appointed to lead. I want you to know that I (Kellye) enjoy reading your posts, and I agree with you 100%. I rarely comment because my comment will turn into a rant. Just wanted you to know that I am reading, and I appreciate that you have the guts to say what needs to be said!

Ha, Ha, Ha 🤣🤣 Rant! Don’t get me going and I’m sure you noticed then some of my dissertations! I had a dear amazing human being priest/friend who sadly died due to the Covid curse that I won’t get into now because, I’m sorry to God; but I’m pissed but who am I just a lowly servant and can’t even begin to have the right to question God’s will in all things; let’s think “Job” to put our minds right and get some real perspective! But, that priest told me keep my writing to others to a page or maybe just a paragraph because I tend to write so much, and as he said they don’t have the time, so you lose them, especially when writing official correspondences which I was doing when I fought my own major work injury case after firing a lawyer and then for three years battling that mess.
But, to your point; “you can rant if you want,” and first I’m happy to hear that you and Kellye got something worthwhile at all from any of my writing; not in a way where I have to feel good or anything but only because my heart really believes “it’s better to give than receive,” and if I do that here and there in my writing then I’m doing something right over the many wrongs I’ve done which any of us is bound to do in this life being imperfect, even just my temper or cussing, my nerves may have wrote thin after many trials that some would have tried to escape with booze, drugs or offing themselves, and I just stressed and climbed back up out of my own ditch; and we’re hopefully learning well along the hard path we must travel and live heading to paradise!
Funny you just said this, and I’m telling you now; you’re all of a sudden for the first time writing a comment “was meant to be,” because this posting I began to have a bit of doubt about its maybe being my too bold or harsh and a “letting her rip” attitude to say it as I honestly see it! So I went back to the posting a few hours later and extracted a bit of my lingo regarding the French Revolution! And I had made a stronger mention of the hangings that took place to do away with the guilty but I felt bad that some people won’t feel good or be too agitated, and I kept it simple instead! But honestly what you said here “so economically” and by no means; it’s not any “Rant” this time but is very effective; like my friend had warned me, this makes me aware of some important factors and this is “a Godsend my friend!” I know you were meant to say what you did Mike and I truly appreciate that you didn’t ere but spoke honestly to me! Finding genuine in people these days anywhere is hard to do but least likely online I have found; I don’t mind being proven wrong went the Man upstairs says its right and warranted!
You got me thinking and obviously on a Rant! Then a few past blog posts came to mind and I started looking to see about which to send, one referenced the old Clint Eastwood film “Hang’em High,” but that didn’t seem to be where I thought, so I’ll maybe find it later on. Meanwhile this old classic came up which I’m sure you’ll enjoy checking out when you have time; and I get into my perspective on American and life in general in it; so see what happens! Here is the summation at the end.
You know what; the title of that movie that was made all the way back in 1962 and a far better movie on all levels than 99% of all the trash they crank out today, did fit that Cowboy to a “T” which is a great title, “Lonely are The Brave.” Do you want to know the darn Truth about how I feel regarding all of this; even if not, I’m telling you; that I would rather be that Cowboy hands down for whatever time I have left to live in this world and would take that life he lived over this, if that world still existed, but it sadly does not; he was at the tail end of it all; then this happened! Mankind has done a fine job of ruining this life and world to the point where all that lies ahead is the damned fate of a ruined world!
And a couple more to consider when there is time of course!
