Biden Plan Build Back Better is Run America into the Ground!
There are a lot of incompetent or wantonly reckless persons in positions of authority in this country or some palms are getting greased and they should be investigated and held to account; period, I know Pelosi and Biden are applauding all of this while they have their mansions and islands all acquired by being Public Servants?! They are ripping this nation apart at the seams and establishing that there really is no rule of law here for foreign national invaders or Politicians! We try this in other nations and you wind up in a world of hurt fast!
Under Federal Law:
“Section 1325 sets forth criminal offenses relating to (1) improper entry into the United States by an alien, (2) entry into marriage for the purpose of evading immigration laws, and (3) establishing a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading immigration laws. The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA) amended 8 U.S.C. ? 1325 to provide that an alien apprehended while entering or attempting to enter the United States at a time or place other than as designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil penalty.”Granted some may work out but they can’t just expect to barge in and avoid all immigration processes that legal immigrants follow all of the time and many even some that I have known who had multiple college degrees and were quality individuals wanting to make a start here were in a revolving door for years and often denied numerous times permanent entry! Why should all of these radical unknowns be coming in droves and just live off the middle class tax payer who is being crushed financially trying to make ends meet with this insane out of control Biden administration that is bringing on inflation and more shortages of decent jobs up the road which will mean many American families will end up on welfare and yet we have to take in all of these people that should stay in their own countries and work out their issues there not here!
This is all criminal on the part of the Biden admiration, which is actually being encouraged by some of the immigration and state courts involved in this madness! Many of these people coming in can’t be properly vetted and are criminals; as well are carrying many third world contagious diseases even incurable TB! The quality of life in America is being driven down by these out of control processes! Wait till some turn out to be terrorists and do harm to American citizens!
And I have to quote here: “The legal reasoning employed by both the jury and Judge Bryan was straight-forward and far-reaching: immigrant detainees are not criminals.”
This Judge must be a Left Wing Loony! Not Criminals? Why is there immigration Law and Policies that many have had to abide by for at least a century being properly vetted and processed with even quarantines? This Judge is an idiot in my honest opinion and I would say as much to his face! Either that or he is bought!

“These criminal organizations come across from Mexico to the U.S side, and they kill individuals. They murder individuals. We’ve had several incidents that have taken place along the border using professional type weapons,” Olivarez told Carter.
“The way they carry out these killings is very professional, very methodical in how they do it. And again, they carry out these killings, these horrendous acts of violence and then they go back to Mexico,” he added.
He further confirmed that while these sorts of cartel executions involving torture and mutilation are commonplace, them being performed in the U.S. is new.
“Those murders take place in Mexico with other rival cartel members, and usually they do that to send a message to the rival cartels. But in this case, you know, some of these incidents that you’ve seen or some of these in these bodies that are showing up on the U.S. side, [it’s] something that we’ve never seen,” he explained.
