“this if you will, wake up and smell the coffee moment happens; our epiphany”
Another unmistakable and profound message came to me from our Lord Jesus!
Last evening about the same time I was tired but determined to send out a message to a reply I received late yesterday afternoon to my previous comment I made the day before yesterday! Now if you like jigsaw puzzles as much as I do you will understand how good a feeling it is to see pieces to an evolving puzzle seemingly falling into place!
I believe without a doubt God is making His will known and leading the way here in what to me is as I call it connecting the dots in converging converging conversations and interacting events; and to me there is nothing I love seeing happen more because this is what the Lord’s Prayer states succinctly being most imperative; Thy Will be done on earth as it is in heaven! What’s more I’m so truly humbled and sorry at the same time because I’m nobody yet God allows and actually intervenes this way in my life and I just say Lord, I’m not worthy but I know you’ve shown such amazing grace and love to me that my heart is wanting to burst with sorrow and shame before you for not being the best person because I tell myself even though I’ve never been truly bad or evil I hate that I screwed up or not done better for you; and just been a fallen human being which I know you understand it all far better than I can fathom, the length and breath of it all the enormous gravity of failure that hangs over mankind and yet they produce so much more of it, far worse in many cases than all past transgressions and most frown or walk around with heads held high.
But just like this Scripture tells us; “9What then? Are we any better? Not at all. For we have already made the charge that Jews and Greeks alike are all under sin. 10As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one. 11There is no one who understands, no one who seeks God.” Romans 3:10
This verse is so absolutely true but yet I know you haven’t given up on us all and I have learned and witnessed what Amazing Grace you are Lord!
“Amazing grace! howsweetthesound, That saved a wretch; like me! I once was lost, but now am found, Was blind, but now I see. 2. ‘Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, And grace my fears relieved; How precious did that grace appear. The hour I first believed!”
I have believed since a boy but did I really know what it was like to truly believe and know what that is like; no I only learned over time and through trials and tribulations, some serious suffering which was a blessing making sure I carried my cross as I must!
Now to clarify this more for all to understand for the sake of all, I’ve always been a good guy in most cases better than many and always wanting to protect and watch after others; I was brought up the right way and I was blessed with a good sensitive heart that many who loved me when growing up nurtured that good in me and then I quite naturally in turn did the same for others around me! But regardless sin gets us all one way or another and all fall short of the glory of God!
Now what I’m saying here should coalesce easily when I provide these couple of pieces to a puzzle or picture that God through the Holy Spirit has Divinely influenced as I and others have our hearts open to Jesus and allow the will of the Father to permeate our souls; then Jesus leads the way making it a smooth transition or at least something that we can handle.
First this text that came to me will fit very well with what I wrote last evening as you will see. These following quoted words I provide were not solicited by me at all but came to my email inbox at about the same time of evening as when I began writing last night.
“Then there are the non-believers, many of them good people. They use human intellect to put forth all the reasons why God does not Exist. Yet they, including many of their Christian counterparts who are lukewarm in their faith – will run to Me first. Their hearts will be unlocked and because they will only see what witness I bring to bear, they will know that I Call them. They won’t resist Me, unlike those stubborn souls who think they know more about the promise I made to return to present the Final Covenant, than Me.
Every task I give you, will lead to more and more nations taking up My Cross to create the one pathway towards Me. Never hesitate to walk alongside Me when I Call you, because when you respond to Me, you will destroy the power of evil. Evil may cause you pain, but when you allow Me to guide you, you can overcome any obstacle in your way.
I love you and I guide you, just as I protect My Prayer Groups around the world.
Now to what I wrote last evening that corresponds beautifully and I hope it all touches you or inspires as it has me to turn more so to our Lord for all of our needs and guidance in these extremely dangerous and troubled times and worse to come!
First of all I have to say WOW! I’m telling you this is some beautiful writing and to the heart and soul of what is going on in this world or what it’s all about and why we are here; really! You’re so right how so many people don’t connect to this or get it; as you mentioned when we are just teens or some people even into middle age and beyond, they keep fighting the Truth that is really deep inside and nothing in this world will bridge the gap or fill the void necessary to give that sense of completeness and joy which isn’t a material tangible thing as it transcends time and space but it must and does exist most assuredly; as we think our lives here in this limited material plane is the what we are an all we can be, when it’s not even scratching the surface of what exists beyond our comprehension and indeed our limited cognitive perceptions! This is where Jesus Christ can surely come in to make sure we see more than this surface value of life here, and know that He is real and absolutely wants to share all He has to offer with us out of His infinite love, and to totally fulfill us; filling us with His love and glory in a complete existence that is something that we don’t have the ability to fathom now which is why Trusting Him becomes so imperative. Because He has told us that He wants us to walk with him and follow for a while carrying our crosses in a difficult circumstance, but, He has promised us that staying on our path doing the Father’s will is the only way to live, and to everlasting life in His kingdom!
We can see how very short our time here really is comparatively speaking in the cosmic sense of space time, our being part of the universe and its vastness, yet each of us is barely a blip on the radar, just small flickering flames like candles in the breeze not much hope it would seem to really matter to the universe, and like the old saying, “here today gone tomorrow,” is really how it measures up to be a human being in a place that in terms of the entire known universe is about 13 Billion years old and the earth around 4.5 Billion. Depending on what school of thought and hard evidence we consider many scientists figure a forerunner of we humans was beginning life on earth about 6 Millions years ago and advanced to the more human form that we actually consider to be us more classically around 300,000 years ago, to be followed by actual Homo sapiens who were the actual ancestors that began civilization only about 6000 years ago!
Now I’m a bit tired at the moment and I know I brought this up for good reason which off the top of my head I want to say that the mystery and absolute awe of existence is profoundly captivating to me but when I place myself and my mere life into this perspective I have to admit if I have my wits about me, what can I actually amount to or what significance can I really have in the big picture or a universe and billions of people! Not much as I see it and you rightly mentioned how when we are very young we are so full of exuberance and dreams of making an impact or really becoming somebody so that others and maybe the whole world will say wow, you really did something with your life and you’re a kind of important person! Now I have to laugh and say I felt that and know so differently now how that doesn’t mean anything it’s all a lot of hot air and whimsical nonsense! Because say for example the universe goes on like it has been for another few Billion years and in that time the sun could become a red giant and the nearest planets including earth would be absorbed into the sun and eventually the red giant would under its own weight and gravity become a white dwarf! Just considering these concepts helps me to put my own life into perspective and realize that even all of earthly civilization amounts to nothing but a hill of beans, unless there is a lot more going on than meets the eye and that the human mind isn’t capable of fathoming!
But now that I spaced out our existence a bit in abstract terms let’s get right back down to earth and the old brass tacks as they say.
Where are you or I going with all of this scratching the surface and digging into some fascinating ideas or knowledge that even will really matter at the end of our lives here or further down the road or timeline as to the point would anyone care if there are people around millions of years from now or even just hundreds about who I was and what I did with my life? And what good would any of that matter in time when I’m dead and buried anyway! It wouldn’t matter in the scheme of material existence at all. But while looking into what you said in your commentary; maybe I can finally say what I think is the one thing that matters.
When you spoke about how when we are all very young and full of exuberance and dreams of what we will do in our future lives ahead and have such high hopes of amazing dreams and how this compelling drive is there by virtue of our wanting to make our mark on this world or leave a legacy, do something special in order to be remembered or very significant making use of all of that youthful ambition or sometimes pride. But then as the years pass and we go through transitions or even setbacks as life gets in the way or takes some twist and turn we start to see how the things we thought were so important recede into the background or our memories of our youth, and so we begin to let go of those desires or dreams perhaps becoming more practical, or actually seeing how those things are not so important to us and perhaps time is running out and we need to shift gears and get with the real program! That point you made about how we are find out that what we are really yearning for is that deep, pure and perfect love that can only come from our creator; this if you will, wake up and smell the coffee moment happens; our epiphany!
I think you nailed it down dashingly and so perfectly my Sister in Christ Jesus! You caused me to think of this Scripture immediately when I read this article essay of yours and it says so much about all of what I have written here; and what you finely tuned in on!
“10but when the perfect comes, the partial passes away. 11When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I set aside childish ways. 12Now we see but a dim reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.” 1 Corinthians 13:11
Those people you mention that say speaking about Jesus Christ and His being the Truth is all so deluded, unscientific, illogical or blinded; I can categorically and unequivocally say that I know for sure they are all of those things, and they miss the boat or point totally; they are “the blind leading the blind!” I have discovered through my own life experiences and being open to Jesus Christ my whole life that He is absolutely real and does let me know in many ways or instances; sometimes very obvious and profound ways too.
God did not create us to be lost in the massive universe to be drifting in a material plane of existence like so many wild seeds that haphazardly float about having no greater meaning or Divine planned meaning!
We were created in God’s image meaning we have this contemplative, creative and ethereal conceptualization of existence and our own place in it, which we can only see to a point on our own! But then He did provide us with great wisdom in His word, the Holy Scriptures to provide us a rudder to navigate in this big world with a destination in mind and heart that He has already told us about; which is to end up with Him and our Father in their heavenly eternal kingdom!
For now because its late in the day I think I can share some much further explanation here with a couple of my previous writings that speak to this very specifically and one in particular where I was led to some concrete evidence that Jesus Christ provided through design and Divine plan to acknowledge me and my faith in Him.
That is one that I wrote called “The Salvation Stone” will I hope confirms what you already know! And then the following essay called “Always Walking with Jesus Christ” that should be self-explanatory and again further confirmation about His presence is close at hand always; He truly wants us to seek and love Him to the best of our ability and to me this is the crux of this whole subject, of what to do with our lives and what really matters! Without Jesus Christ our lives will be empty and have no ultimate true meaning, but will only serve to be like chaff or those flickering candles in the breeze, “here today gone tomorrow!” He is our only Hope! Jesus Christ truly saves and nothing else in all of existence will save you bringing you to eternal life in Paradise!

Political neophyte Glenn Youngkin’s improbable, come-from-behind victory over Clinton acolyte and former governor Terry McAuliffe in Virginia Tuesday night is a “political sea change,” contends the man most responsible for elevating the issue of Critical Race Theory curricula in public schools.
Christopher Rufo of the Manhattan Institute helped President Trump formulate an executive order banning teaching federal employees the neo-Marxist philosphy that white people and America are irredeemably racist.
With concerned parents across the nation raising the issue before school boards, Youngkin “made fighting against Critical Race Theory and the systematic state-sanctioned abuse of Virginia school kids the centerpiece and the closing argument of his campaign.”
Of course we all know this has been the biggest LIE ever perpetrated upon humanity if we are in possession of our faculties! What can we expect though when so many people are not just willing but begging to just give in and let our elected officials tell us what to think and do! When it is they who should be taking orders from US!
I said it before and I’m saying again, I had a bad time with my health due to brutal nefarious government officials along with their minions that harmed me and caused me to have to fight for my life on my own! Nobody cared deeply except my Mother, Father and God, along with the best doctor He sent my way to back up my legal issue; and she is a saint to me a great woman. So I don’t want any sympathy at all, but, I’m warning people that these power mongers and officials in charge won’t care a rat’s ass to wipe us out like cockroaches if they are allowed to continue making mandates and tell us we must do this or that! You are marching to your own slaughter when you think by cooperating you are saving your life; but, you are actually only providing a bit more time to live until they are ready to totally control and then destroy!
We must be vigilant in praying to Jesus Christ while we take a stand for Him and our God given purpose for existing, which is of course to serve our Father in Heaven; to do His will. And then we are assuring ourselves of life; but also everlasting in Paradise! Amen.
Don’t fail this test and take the Mark of the Beast giving in and thus supporting the Beast System! I’d rather die and plead to Jesus!

Most of Europe went down the socialist path many years ago and is for the most part an extremely secular society many churches closed and or converted to recreational venues or businesses while much of the Christian religion is the new style, watered down version of being all things to all people and “inclusivity being the way to love Jesus” by just allowing and accepting an anything goes kind of mentality! So abortion, gay marriage and all manner of foolishness is advocated by these new styled churches and as we see; even a fake pope in the Vatican promotes more ungodliness than even some governments’ do!
We allowed sin and evil corruptions to push tradition, tried, tested and proven rules or laws in society based on the Holy Scriptures, God’s word to be trampled upon, to just go along to get along; and basically gave up fighting long ago to be a bunch of dumb herd people! Now all ripe for the 2030 Agenda that is coming upon us with this all must be vaccinated for a cold type virus that has a 99.9% recovery rate; one of the biggest lies in human history being perpetrated by the evil globalist Luciferian Agenda!
I don’t see any road forward for such a human race except down deeper into the mire and slope that leads to perdition!
I say this because that is what it is and we must not quit but be ready to fight God’s battle on earth against all the powers of darkness that have been unleashed and are coming to vanquish all that is God’s starting with the worship of Jesus Christ the Savior! And to try taking all of our immortal souls to hell! Get ready, take a stand and pray constantly; being willing to fight for all good; doing our Father’s will who is in heaven! Amen.
My contempt is for what they’re doing to the emotionally vulnerable and fragile, in exploiting their mental illnesses by demonic cozenage not witnessed heretofore in America. A Message from the Editor
Dear readers,
We especially enjoy publishing articles on persons who take heroic actions to bring about justice against wrongdoings.
We value those so much because their leadership and example is what’s needed to eventually ignite the masses to throw off their chains of fear, cowardice and timidity and decide that they have finally had enough of deep corruption, injustice, betrayals by elected officials and religious leaders, and especially enough of seeing the ongoing tragedy of many innocents unnecessarily suffering and dying.

I was in the midst of writing a long essay to address an very important question a friend had for me yesterday, when I suddenly saw an email notice from LifeSite that you just read a portion of above. I had already seen a portion of Jim Caviezel’s video speech from Las Vegas the same time he made it. So I stopped writing to watch the entire speech and when I was finished I was teary eyed as I saw how this all tied together with what I had written and what was then going though my heart! I know this message I wrote is God’s will and should be presented to the friend and anyone out there who cares, with Jim Caviezel’s speech; with a solemn hope in my heart that it truly helps others to be inspired by God’s Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ! Amen.

Before I provide all of the text I had written to this friend today I want to say I had posted a previous essay solely about Jim Caviezel and a longer interview he provided via a podcast! He mentioned right off how the will of God is what’s paramount and as I’ve been saying often too, and I actual wrote today to say the same thing in so many words. But here is a sample of what I said about that previous interview with Jim Caviezel. At the end of this new essay I will include all of my text in the previous essay with the video interview.

I must tell you that my reblog commentary was made before watching the interview with Jim. But, now later I want to say that he is right about it being time to be ready to take a stand for Jesus; in other words we must be willing to give up our lives as truly faithful in this judgment time before us, and, many will be martyred. I know this firsthand because of how I’ve been fighting the very agents of hell the Illuminati and others for some years now since being attacked by the system that is thoroughly corrupted as you should plainly see by now. Even a family member was ruined and eventually martyred by the corrupted system, his death occurring just when the attack on me began to intensify. I’m only alive right now because God wants it this way and I am willing to suffer or take anything this wicked corrupted world can or will dish out to me ahead; all for Jesus Christ my Lord, Savior and Redeemer; He is who I owe all to without any doubt; and, I’m so grateful to have this opportunity, my life by trial, to hopefully be with him in heaven. Amen. I added this paragraph nearly 5 hours after writing my reblog. I may have more to say later about all of this.
It was “the will of God” in heaven that both of these men succeeded in their work doing His will on earth at a time when the true story of Christ needed to be told in this way, because we are approaching the Latter Days or if I may be so bold to say, that the Second Coming is before us and close at hand, so anyone who wants to be saved had better make up his or her mind now. These two men who seem so iconic to many are truly blessed and chosen by God to be who they are, and accomplished such work all in accordance with God’s plan.
So clearly what we can see from the text above that I wrote back on September 24, 2020 it too was inspired and also miraculously coincided with circumstances at the time just as they did again today when I began writing to this friend about the same subject matter of God’s will, and taking a stand for Jesus Christ! Now please continue with today’s writing below.
That feeling is right my friend: called the gut feeling or 6th sense; which I know from experience should be or is God’s Holy Spirit! Just like a conscience God put it there in us to give us the advantage to be aware or forewarned to try not to do wrong when tempted; try to be righteous even if it’s extremely difficult at times! Prophesy is what stems from this ability and only so few actually tap into the Divine with it, but, enough have in order to reveal the most important and spiritual secrets from God, who made all of this as you know, and His plan will unfold regardless of any human activity or attempt to supersede God’s will; because God is omnipotent and knows all things, so who better to steer a universe and existence!
The bigger problem with modern man is he got this big cockamamie idea that he could be his own boss and knows so much, so why not take the wheel and drive on where he damn well pleases! Oops another crash ahead and who caused that one like all the previous ones! This wayward adventure of humans is a familiar story if we study all of God’s word to humanity, and how the serpent or Lucifer who is real I assure you, began that type of misadventure running slipshod over what “God commanded,” figuring why bother letting God have all the glory, why not grab some for his self and go for the gusto! Soros not a fallen angel is that kind of person, he is on his own trip doing his own thing and being allowed to, but, the price for his wayward evil adventure is going to be impossible to pay with all the material garbage and money he owns it won’t scratch the surface, because his soul is already part of hell which does exist; “like passing a camel through the eye of a needle,” not going to happen! The happy hour as they say in the bar or clubs is here and last call time is now or never to not miss the bus, but, so many keep doing the same old stupid human foibles thing as they tighten the nooses around their own necks like Soros did long ago! Nothing any human being will come up with, to then try and say lookie here I have a remedy that’s going to make the difference; so buyer beware none of that means jack!
But my Friend, aside from all I’ve said sort of me spilling my guts a regular pastime of mine these days; always was a talker and good salesman in the past too, a talent or a curse it could be another double edged sword; but this statement of yours I see as a key aspect to what you say here that should be focused upon.
“I think I’m looking for reasons why I even survived it at all.”
First I preface; that I’m nobody; but maybe to Jesus Christ I am, because He saved my skin a few times at least, and I don’t want to count how many times anyway that isn’t the point. But I did learn a lot about why I’m here and what God is up to with this whole existence thing; never mind Carl Sagan or Stephen Hawking and any other dude with far out ideas, I used to listen to them and the others all of the time too. Now a huge distraction as I see them to be honest, playing I have something figured out I’m so brilliant, and this is where it’s at so listen to me and buy my books or support the University and whatever. Malarkey; they have nothing figured out when it comes to the ultimate or bottom-line they and all of us are still going to die and are on a Dead End, because no matter how much any genius or group of them figure out about the material realm and this plane of physical life they have not even begun to understand the real beyond and how or what it’s all about, as in they don’t know God Almighty; that is not how they can find Him or know Him either, to me they are on a fool’s errand; making Satan have a huge laugh!
Jesus Christ told us the Truth and He is Truth; do we really want to know the reasons and the answers that matter, then we have to know Him, that is the only path to real understanding; he never lied and he died, on that ugly cross because we all do, or shall I say we all sin and do wrong; making it any of us that should have been nailed to that cross!
You survived because that is what God wanted; that is something I can say for sure, just like I survived many instances where it would have been lights out if not for God saying not now! We can surmise easily that God has His reasons and knows why; so who are we to question God just like he told Job; “where were you when I laid the foundations of the heavens and the earth!”
But still maybe I had to stay here to do something for God in serving him with my life that He gave me to serve His purposes not any others, and maybe to help save somebody else from doom. Or perhaps I needed a bit more time to be saved myself, because I have sinned like anyone else; but I fit into His plan in some certain way that requires me being shaped and formed into “His instrument!” God gets to pick and choose and decide what is what with everything, even giving us free will; but that is so we can in our own hearts, from our hearts, not minds decide to see His love and want to respect and adore Him for all the Good He has bestowed upon us and this existence; we are free agents to a point and not rocks! But, some people try to be as thick as a brick, by not doing the obvious and seeing what our actual status is, which is barely a breath or a flickering flame without God to back us up; so it’s not us that should decide what to make of this life or not, we only get to either say we love him and want to understand or we do not; and we do that by accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and humbly say to him we want to follow Him; because we know He loves us and we should absolutely love Him.

I really like Jim Caviezel as a fantastic actor but more importantly I see him as a fine human being and servant of God. Jim isn’t a famous movie star who portrayed the greatest and only perfect human being to have ever walked on the face of this earth so masterfully because he wanted to be famous and remembered for this magnificent imitation of Christ Jesus in a movie; with the likes of another fantastic artist that I equally admire Mel Gibson; who himself was not deterred by all of the flak from Hollywood and other enemies of Christ who didn’t want Mel to succeed in producing The Passion of The Christ, which to me is the greatest film ever made; why else do I sob like a child each time I watch it.
But, as we know he did succeed and there is one reason; it was “the will of God” in heaven that both of these men succeeded in their work doing His will on earth at a time when the true story of Christ needed to be told in this way, because we are approaching the Latter Days or if I may be so bold to say, that the Second Coming is before us and close at hand, so anyone who wants to be saved had better make up his or her mind now. Many religious scholars and figures weighed in upon the film’s release to mainly sing praises and to respect the accomplishment which I totally agreed with then and now, not just because I’m a Catholic born and raised like Mel and Jim; but, the more profound message to me from any theologian or critic about the film was from a man I admired and still do tremendously as being a Saint, because he actually is, Saint John Paul II, who not only appreciated the film and these men for their work in serving our Lord God, but, he gave the movie his blessing!
Here is a statement from catholicleague.org published about it; “Critics of the Mel Gibson movie, “The Passion of the Christ,” are confounded. That’s because the pope has seen the film and has extended his blessings. “It is as it was,” Pope John Paul II said. Thus did he drive Mel’s adversaries into a tizzy.” So, my perception about the remarkable clearly inspired plan and purpose from above at work before and during the making of this historic masterpiece was self-evident to me and many others! But, I could also see the will of God at work in this event in a unique way having been a man who went to Hollywood thinking I should be a filmmaker/actor since my teen years, only to find that remarkably by my packing a few suitcases and driving there not knowing a soul, I sure enough was given an opportunity in short order to walk right into the studios where both Jim and Mel had worked, because again God’s will at work, and in my case, His will was that I would see firsthand what I needed to, giving me a special grace to know that direction wasn’t what God wanted for me, and was rather my own desires taking over; so I was to learn by God’s love for me that I should invest my time and life at that point in time, into my own family back East. I soon found out that if God wanted me to stay there and do something special for Him then I would have, but, I was given an epiphany that clearly pointed out it wasn’t for me and I decided just as fast as when I left home spontaneously at the crack of dawn one day, I just packed up and left it all behind just when some VIP’s took an interest in me and were ready to give me a leg up on starting a full-fledged movie career. So then, to me the point that is driven home here in this blog article is that just like in all walks of life there are those individuals that are doing God’s will and humbly serving His purpose and designs for our lives in their work, just like there are those self-serving type of people that think the world revolves around them and are on their own self-designed ego trips. This is why to me, it’s so good to see that Jim Caveizel is following his faith devoutly with his wife and children as he continues to be following God’s will in his work during this great unprecedented time of world conflict that obviously requires divine intervention soon! Any human beings that behave in such a way are subhuman in my view and diabolical for sure! Go figure they have an atheist totalitarian communist party calling all the shots there and their human rights track record is equally barbaric and evil whereby back in 2014 at last estimates they had killed off 1.2 million Tibetans! I come up with a big fat zero to all of these questions and for Good Reason. To me there is no such thing as Good Chinese or Bad Ones; they all are the enemy now by proxy and or guilt by association; so guess what, I care about “Fellow Christian Patriotic Americans” more and will defend them and my country before any other nation or any of its people that are the enemies of mine! That is called being a “True Blue American.” I never believe in giving aid and comfort to the enemy or going to bed with the devil! Lindsey Graham and other lying dirt bag politicians do and they are many of the persons responsible for allowing America to go off the rails the way it has! He back on April 3, 2011 said on Face the Nation that Islam should be given some elite and untouchable status in our nation putting them outside of and above the Constitution of the US when he stated “I wish we could find a way to hold people accountable. Free speech is a great idea, but we’re in a war”; and basically he said all True Blue Americans would be the radicals or even domestic terrorists to think or say otherwise! He would prefer that America allow Sharia Law to be alive and well in America!
Or maybe he means us non-Muslim Americans can peacefully co-exist with Jihadists by just letting them do their own thing in “our country” that they or Islam do not believe in or give a rat’s ass about, and actually are sworn enemies of; being in direct opposition to one another; so why should Islamist’s who live in America have to abide by our US Constitution or our Christian principled and founded nation under God!
I see too many people getting priorities mixed up in this once Great Nation and when push comes to shove; so many will just give in and give up like the sheeple they are! This is a priority on my mine!
I’ve grown to totally dislike Chinese people in general because of these extremely detrimental factors which was never the case with me up until the last several years, when I met some migrant men here that were totally stupid, arrogant and savages; the government was actually subcontracting some work out to a company that uses them almost exclusively so maybe stacking the deck too, a gradual infiltration to keep them working while pushing small business owners and workers that are American into poverty or suicide in some cases; the Dems that have propagated this even with anti-American Muslims from Jihadist Nations will say they are being humane to strangers, which is a load of crap they don’t even care about us Citizens; but what they are really doing is getting palms greased or kickbacks and really looking to collapse the middle class, while aiding and abetting the enemies of America all for more money and power for themselves; Biden takes the cake with 50 years of doing nothing for us, he a professional career politician organized syndicate criminal traitor! This is what happens when you have a government that is more corrupt than not ruling society! New Lawsuit: Biden Task Force Schemes to Deny Religious Exemptions, Falsifies Medical Records
A lawsuit filed Oct. 24, 2021, in DC District Court by attorney Michael Yoder details the illegal steps taken by the Biden Administration to unconstitutionally deny religious exemptions to federal employees by using a Task Force and fake deadlines to circumvent the first amendment and deprive Plaintiffs of their free exercise of religion. [See below: the Court granted a temporary restraining order on Thursday in favor of Plaintiffs]
Shocking video footage from an Oct. 8, 2021 ‘Safer Federal Workforce Task Force’ Zoom call reveals Sam Berger—former Senior Advisor to Obama and the former VP of Democracy for John Podesta’s Center for American Progress (CAP)—outlined to nearly 200 high-level officials from various government agencies the “methodical approach” for each agency to adopt when dealing with religious exemptions.
The Unbelievable Task Force Scheme to Deny Religious Exemptions
In order to find out how many federal employees might seek an exemption, the Task Force advised the agencies to establish a deadline, with no intention of enforcing it, to induce all or nearly all federal employees seeking religious exemptions to submit them. Armed with that information, the Task Force then instructed the agencies not to issue any decisions. As explained in the lawsuit, the Task Force reasoned:
“once you grant an exemption to an individual in a job category, it is very hard to say that you’re not going to grant [an exemption] to a similarly situated person.”
The Task Force stressed out loud that, because it is important to “collect information” on federal employees who might hold sincerely held religious beliefs prohibiting them from complying with the vaccine mandate, the agencies should “take their time,” and “should not feel rushed that they have to take steps immediately.”
The Zoom call further revealed that the Task Force provided the agencies with a religious exemption questionnaire designed to collect specific information from employees seeking religious exemptions. Granting the agencies the full authority to refuse to provide religious accommodations under “whatever circumstances each agency so chooses,” the Task Force further directed the agencies to:
“work bearing in mind that a fair bit of thought went into the range of questions and the kind of information that [the questions] would provide.”
The lawsuit points out that instead of advising the agencies against taking any actions that would constitute a violation of federal law, the Task Force instead further identified its scheme to NOT provide any exemptions, emphasizing how important it is for the agencies to “figure[e] it out as quickly as possible . . . because [the agencies are] not going to run an accommodation in those places–and that’s totally fine.”
By following the directives of the Task Force, the lawsuit maintains the Defendants have either failed to implement a process for Plaintiff and federal employees to submit religious exemptions or intentionally implemented a strategy to collect information from Plaintiff’s and federal employees to which they are not entitled. Both are in violation of current EEOC Guidance, federal statutory law, and the fundamental First Amendment right to engage in the free exercise of religion.
Reinforcing the nefarious agenda of the Task Force, the lawsuit explains that EO 14043—signed on Sept. 9, 2021, to establish the “Vaccine Mandate“—insists all federal agencies implement a program “requiring COVID-19 vaccination for all of its federal employees, with exceptions only as required by law.” EO 14043 also declares that within 7 days of the EO, the Task Force must issue guidance on agency implementation of the vaccine mandate for all agencies covered by the order.
Still, on Sept. 13, 2021, when the Task Force published its Guidance titled “COVID-19 Workplace Safety: Agency Model Safety Principles,” the Guidance was entirely devoid of any information about religious exemptions. Instead, it established the Nov. 22 deadline for compliance and delegated decision-making authority to the heads of respective government agencies. By not including guidance on exemptions as clearly provided by law, the lawsuit states the Task Force violated EO 14043 “on its face” adding:
“… the egregiousness as the why the Task Force refused to give the agencies guidance is conscious shocking.”
The Executive Order Driving the Task Force
As the Nov. 22, 2021 deadline approaches for the Federal Vaccine Mandate, hundreds of thousands of federal employees and active-duty service members face unlawful termination. Many service members have been denied religious exemptions despite having sincerely held religious beliefs that prohibit them from complying with Executive Order 14043 (EO 14043), signed by the president on Sept. 9, 2021. The 99-page lawsuit, filed on Oct. 24, 2021, reminds the First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause provides that:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
According to the lawsuit, by exploiting EO 13991, which established the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force, Biden has wrongly “revered CDC guidelines as the holy grail of not only medical authority—but legal authority too.” In what logic dictates is not a coincidence, one short day after the FDA’s “approval” of the Pfizer COMIRNATY COVID-19 “vaccine,” Sec. of Defense Lloyd Austin issued a DoD Order on Aug. 24 demanding all active-duty servicemembers be vaccinated against COVID-19.

The Legal Distinctions between Pfizer-BioNTech & Comirnaty “Vaccines”
The lawsuit emphasizes that Pfizer’s COMIRNATY® COVID-19 mRNA vaccine (“COMIRNATY”), approved by the FDA on Aug. 23, 2021, is legally distinguishable from the Pfizer-BioNTech “vaccine” (BioNTech) as spelled out in the FDA’s COMIRNATY vaccine approval announcement. Explaining the significant distinction, including the fact COMIRNATY has a stated eleven ingredients and Pfizer-BioNTech has just ten, the lawsuit says:
The FDA approval letter only states that COMIRNATY is FDA-approved; Pfizer-BioNTech, is not, nor has it ever been approved by the FDA.
It could not be clearer that BioNTech is not FDA-approved and therefore, the vaccine remains subject to the EUA provisions of the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (“FDCA”).
As a result, a mass misinformation campaign has construed the two legally distinct vaccines to be considered by the public at-large as a single “Pfizer vaccine”—this is not correct.
While Pfizer’s COMIRNATY approval letter states that its two vaccines share the same formulation, the FDA concedes that “the products are legally distinct with certain differences. . .”
In tremendous detail, the lawsuit explains the lack of evidence proving what the “certain differences” are between the two “vaccines,” and questions the FDA’s assertion that the two distinct formulations can legally be used interchangeably.
Outlining the visible labeling differences between the two “vaccines,” the FDA asserted in a letter to Pfizer, “The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine vial label and carton labels are clearly marked for ‘Emergency Use Only.’” In what the lawsuit contends is “not true,” the FDA also included specific language in the letter declaring “the licensed vaccine (COMIRNATY) has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech) and the products can be used interchangeably to provide vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns.”
According to the CDC, “the FDA approved the licensure of COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA), made by Pfizer for BioNTech.” The lawsuit points out that the FDA did not approve the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Noticeably, with the full awareness that the BioNTech vaccine is not FDA-approved, the CDC nevertheless stated that:
“… because “[t]he FDA-approved Pfizer-BioNTech product COMIRNATY and the FDA-authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine have the same formulation[,] [the two vaccines] can be used interchangeably to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series . . .”. As a result, the CDC has advised:
[V]accination providers can use doses distributed under EUA [(e.g., the non-FDA approved Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine)] to administer the vaccination series as if the doses were the licensed vaccine.
The lawsuit affirms without question that the CDC is wrong. The EUA statute explicitly states that anyone administered an EUA product must be informed of the option to accept or refuse it, as well as alternatives to the product and the risks and benefits of receiving it. Equally as erroneous is the CDC’s assertion that “vaccine providers can use doses distributed under EUA to administer the vaccination series as if the doses were the licensed vaccine.” Without question, possibly the most crucial difference between COMIRNATY and Pfizer-BioNTech is their current availability.
On the surface, the lawsuit notes that the FDA’s approval letter for COMIRNATY states that the CDC: explicitly distinguishes between the COMIRNATY and BioNTech vaccines; expressly determines that COMIRNATY is FDA approved and BioNTech is under EUA; asserts that COMIRNATY and BioNTech have the same “formulation”; and alleges that, “despite certain differences” between the two, BioNTech can be used interchangeably with COMRINATY. And then, the lawsuit aptly illustrates the Biden Administration’s significant untruth, explaining:
“… and then with abject audacity, [the FDA] advises that “[a]lthough COMIRNATY is approved. . . there is not sufficient approved vaccine available for distribution to this population in its entirety at the time of reissuance of [the BioNTech] EUA.
In unequivocal terms, the FDA has made it expressly clear: “There is no adequate, approved, and available alternative to the emergency use of [the BioNTech] COVID‑19 Vaccine to prevent COVID-19.
The only vaccine that has received FDA approval is COMIRNATY, yet COMIRNATY is unavailable. [Therefore] no FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine is available.”
All Current COVID-19 Vaccines Use Aborted Fetal Cell Tissue
As discussed extensively in the lawsuit, fetal tissue has a long history of being procured and sold in the development of vaccines. It is not disputed that two fetal cell lines were used in the development and testing of the three available COVID-19 “vaccines.” The use of fetal cells in vaccines goes against the Plaintiffs’ sincerely held religious beliefs that compel them to refuse these products in their body, regardless of any perceived benefit or rationale.
In an apparent attempt to conceal the presence of fetal cells, Pfizer Senior Director of Worldwide Research Vanessa Gelman is quoted as saying, “From the perspective of corporate affairs, we want to avoid having the information on fetal cells floating out there…The risk of communicating this right now outweighs any potential benefit we could see…” And Philip Dormitzer, Pfizer’s Chief Scientific Officer, has echoed that he wants to keep the information a secret because of the objections of pro-life individuals, like the Plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
DoD Misrepresentations, Falsification of Records & Denials of Exemptions
Significantly, on Oct. 15, 2021, Major Edwin Paz requested information from the DiLorenzo Clinic about whether the clinic had any of the FDA-approved COMIRNATY available. Clinic Director Dr. Seto responded, stating, “Pfizer has not made any Comirnaty. There is no expected date when we will receive Comirnaty.” DoD OIG COVID-19 Coordinator corroborated this statement after being informed by DoD officials that the Pentagon does not have any COMIRNATY and does not know when the product will be available.
With the DoD recognition that Pfizer has not made any COMIRNATY, the lawsuit points to indisputable evidence that the DoD does not now, nor has it ever had, one or more FDA-approved doses of COMIRNATY. In undoubtedly one of the more damaging revelations, the DoD has falsified the medical records of active-duty personnel to reflect the injection of the FDA-approved COMIRNATY vaccine. Chief Warrant Officer One Jacob Workman has testified that his immunization records with the TRICARE medical portal reflect that he received the COMIRNATY jab on Oct. 8, 2021.

Finally, under the jurisdiction of Secretary of Defense Austin and President Biden, using identical language, the U.S. Marine Corps has denied the religious accommodation requests of servicemembers. Pursuant to the Marine Administration Message (MARDAMIN) on Oct. 23, 2021, the Marine Corps has begun processing 1st Lt. Soto and Cpl. Hall. for administrative separation and subjected them to adverse administrative disciplinary action. In addition to the “copy/paste” generic responses received, both men cite errors in the data referenced in their respective letters, leaving each to assume their requests for religious exemption were not “carefully considered.”
Claims for Relief
By limiting the vaccination mandate to only Executive Branch employees of the “agencies,” such as the Plaintiffs, while not requiring the same from other Executive Branches (like the White House, EOP, CDC, NIH, NIAID), the Plaintiffs allege the Vaccine Mandate instituted by Defendants, which is neither neutral nor generally applicable, plainly and unconstitutionally targets religious practice.
With the goal of a Court rendered declaratory judgment that the Vaccine Mandate is illegal and unlawful, the lawsuit asks, among other things, that the court issue a temporary restraining order (TRO) to halt the draconian vaccine commands. Without sufficient provisions for exemption or accommodation for sincerely held religious beliefs, the Vaccine Mandate violates the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act and the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. For that reason, the Defendants should immediately grant Plaintiff’s requests for religious exemptions from the Vaccine Mandate to accommodate their sincerely held religious beliefs.
Yoder points out that “while reasonable minds can disagree to the magnitude of the COVID-19 pandemic,” the United States Supreme Court reminds us:
“even in a pandemic, the Constitution cannot be put away and forgotten.”
D.C. Judge Blocks Military Members And Employees From Being Fired Over Vaccine Mandate After Lawsuit

Several unvaccinated government employees, including active-duty military members, who were named in the lawsuit challenging the president’s vaccination mandate as illegal were granted a temporary restraining order on Thursday by a federal judge in Washington.
The plaintiffs are requesting a religious exemption from the Biden vaccination requirement for federal employees, which was originally disclosed officially on September 9.
As reported by Fox News, District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled that none of the civilian employee plaintiffs would be subject to discipline while their request for a religious exemption was ongoing.
Additionally, according to Judge Kollar-Kotelly’s judgment, Kotelly’s active-duty military plaintiffs whose religious exemption petitions have been refused will not be penalized or separated while their appeals are pending.
Jenna Ellis, a political journalist, and lawyer shared the decision on Twitter on Thursday: “This is an amazing development from the DC District Court in the stand for OUR RIGHTS against the unconstitutional vaccine mandates,” she said.
As reported by Fox News, “the court additionally ordered that the defendants in the Biden administration file a supplemental notice by noon on Friday, indicating whether they will agree that no plaintiff will be penalized or dismissed until the court’s judgment.”
Plaintiffs’ attorney Mike Yoder followed suit with a similar statement to Biden’s. According to his tweet, “I will be immediately filing suit against [Joe Biden] regarding his [overboard] & unconstitutional vaccine mandate.”
In addition, Yoder stated that “Your executive order may not be about freedom, but this lawsuit sure as hell is.”
Yoder went on a rant about the mandate on the internet the day before he was granted a temporary restraining order in his favor.
According to him: “Under Biden, exercising your religious freedoms will get your fired, for cause and you lose your benefits,” he wrote. “But if you perjure yourself like FBI’s Andy McCabe, you’ll get a pension, $200,000 in backpay, & $500,000 worth of attorneys fees.”
“The agreement does not change the findings of DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz that McCabe lied under oath to investigators on three occasions; it simply eliminates all consequences for doing so.” wrote The Hill in an op-ed last month.
As President Joe Biden stated in September, mandated immunization and testing, as well as mask restrictions, affect not just government employees, but also numerous private enterprises.
As The Daily Wire noted at the time, “Companies with at least 100 employees must require their employees get vaccinated or submit to weekly COVID-19 tests under a new Biden administration plan to combat the coronavirus and encourage vaccination.” “President Joe Biden is scheduled to outline a revamped federal strategy to address COVID-19 that includes far more invasive regulations and restrictions than the federal government has put in place to date. Part of Biden’s six-point plan involves cracking down on 100+ employee companies to push their employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19.”
As reported by The Wall Street Journal, the United States Labor Department aims to release an emergency interim standard in a couple of weeks “implementing the new requirement, which will cover 80 million private-sector workers. … Businesses that don’t comply can face fines of up to $14,000 per violation, [officials] said.”
Particularly noteworthy is that Daily Wire co-founder and co-CEO Jeremy Boreing reacted to the announcement immediately through Twitter, stating that he would not comply with Biden’s demands.
