Hello Eleonora…quite remarkable that I open my email notifications and this latest article you just posted was in the cue immediately or consecutively following another notification about a new Catholic blog posting and both of these came to my mail box while I was on the telephone with the local mayor regarding some ordinance and regulation that someone I believe was using politically and to explain my position I had much to say but had to hurry, because the mayor needed to attend a meeting. Though it all ended well and we had a “meeting of minds”I was pushing to make myself clear on how the matter should proceed! It took a lot of nervous brain energy, emotional psyche from me to project a clear and concise description of a faulty action for something a negative person initiated; so needless to say I became very much stressed! Now; you happened along immediately following that difficulty with this article and as I see it; you are talking about ME! This is true; even if you didn’t know you were pinpointing my situation you had hit the proverbial nail right on the head, even my head!
Now I want to point out and “hit this one note” in your writing that stands out to me so much because it is the “moral of the story” regarding my energetic conversation with the mayor and the resulting stress and fatigue brought on by another person who likes to cause trouble or conflict perhaps full of hate and jealousy or maybe confusion; but evil is always behind those motivations that can escalate if we are not weary or careful!
So here is what you said that stands out like a flashing neon sign!
“Learn to love your neighbor before you do yourself, learn to see the good in your neighbor in such a way that this is good to you, this is the positive selfishness we all need. With this I am not telling you to be treated like doormats, always say honestly and freely what you think but always with respect for others.”
Now isn’t that a wonderful thought and if 90% of human beings would actually be that way honestly and genuinely with no strings attached no hidden agenda or ulterior motivation. Even if 75% of people would do this, life would be just about idyllic! I’ll even venture to say if 50% were like that we would have a much better world. But unfortunately the numbers of people who love to cause trouble, that don’t care about others or anything for that matter; far exceeds those that are the good ones; the “selfless givers and kinder hearts” of the world! Very few human beings could be like Saint Mother Teresa and most will never try, but if they could appreciate where she was coming from and how her life of sacrifice, kindness and giving of herself to others is something to venerate and try our best to imitate where and when we can; then this world would have far fewer conflicts and hatred!
And so therefore being kind and good to oneself is of great importance more than ever; and I don’t mean selfishly I mean being wise about taking care or measures to protect your own health and mental well-being; is a top priority, because without one’s health a person is doomed and going to suffer much more than they should be otherwise.
Here are some Scriptures that came to mind immediately!
Leviticus 19:18 “You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.”
1 John 4:20 “If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.”
John 14:21 “Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.”
Matthew 5:43-48 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? …”
Matthew 22:37-40 “37 Jesus said to him, ‘you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
In closing I must say as I have many times before how “God does work in mysterious ways” and He is there all the time even when we think He is not!
We should all be awake to this Truth; that He is God Almighty and nothing escapes His view; He who knows and sees all things! We must not forget“that,” and we must love and worship Him alone for He is our Creator who loves us more than we can ever imagine. We owe all to Him and He awaits our decisions in all things, because He is the final judge of everything! But, because He shows us that we should want to love Him, and has also made it perfectly clear, that we can and should love one another. Amen.

Ciao Eleonora…abbastanza notevole che ho aperto la mia email e le notifiche di questo ultimo articolo che hai appena postato è stato nel cue immediatamente o consecutivamente, a seguito di un’altra notifica di un nuovo Cattolici post di blog e di entrambi è venuto nella mia casella di posta, mentre ero al telefono con il sindaco in merito ad alcune ordinanza e regolamento che qualcuno credo che stava usando politicamente e per spiegare la mia posizione ho avuto molto da dire, ma ha dovuto in fretta, perché il sindaco necessari atend una riunione. Anche se tutto è finito bene e abbiamo avuto un “incontro di menti” Stavo spingendo per farmi chiaro su come la questione dovrebbe procedere! Ci sono voluti un sacco di energia cerebrale nervosa, psiche emotiva da me per proiettare una descrizione chiara e concisa di un’azione difettosa per qualcosa di una persona negativa iniziata; quindi inutile dire che sono diventato molto stressato! Ora; ti è successo subito dopo quella difficoltà con questo articolo e come la vedo io; stai parlando di ME! Questo è vero; anche se non sapevi che stavi individuando la mia situazione, avevi colpito il proverbiale chiodo in testa, persino la mia testa!
Ora voglio sottolineare e “colpire questa nota” nella tua scrittura che spicca per me molto perché è la “morale della storia” per quanto riguarda la mia energetica colloquio con il sindaco e il conseguente stress e la fatica causata da un’altra persona che ama a causa di problemi di conflitto o forse pieno di odio e di gelosia o forse confusione; ma il male è sempre dietro quelle motivazioni che possono degenerare se non siamo stanchi o attenzione!
Quindi ecco quello che hai detto che si distingue come un’insegna al neon lampeggiante!
“Impara ad amare il tuo prossimo prima di fare te stesso, impara a vedere il bene nel tuo prossimo in modo tale che questo sia buono per te, questo è l’egoismo positivo di cui tutti abbiamo bisogno. Con questo non ti sto dicendo di essere trattato come zerbini, dì sempre onestamente e liberamente ciò che pensi ma sempre con rispetto per gli altri.”
Ora non è che un pensiero meraviglioso e se il 90% degli esseri umani sarebbe in realtà in questo modo onestamente e sinceramente senza alcun vincolo nessun ordine del giorno nascosto o ulteriore motivazione. Anche se il 75% delle persone lo facesse, la vita sarebbe quasi idilliaca! Mi azzarderò persino a dire che se il 50% fosse così avremmo un mondo molto migliore. Ma sfortunatamente il numero di persone che amano causare problemi, che non si preoccupano degli altri o di qualsiasi altra cosa; supera di gran lunga quelli che sono quelli buoni; i “donatori disinteressati e cuori più gentili” del mondo! Pochissimi esseri umani potrebbero essere come Santa Madre Teresa e la maggior parte non ci proverà mai, ma se potessero apprezzare da dove veniva e come la sua vita di sacrificio, gentilezza e donazione di se stessa agli altri sia qualcosa da venerare e fare del nostro meglio per imitare dove e quando possiamo; allora questo mondo avrebbe molti meno conflitti e odio!
E quindi essere gentili e buoni con se stessi è di grande importanza più che mai; e non intendo egoisticamente, intendo essere saggi nel prendersi cura o misure per proteggere la propria salute e il benessere mentale; è una priorità assoluta, perché senza la propria salute una persona è condannata e soffrirà molto più di quanto dovrebbe essere altrimenti.
Ecco alcune Scritture che mi sono venute subito in mente!
Levitico 19: 18 ” Non ti vendicherai né porterai rancore contro i figli del tuo popolo, ma amerai il tuo prossimo come te stesso: io sono il Signore.”
1 Giovanni 4: 20 “Se qualcuno dice:” Io amo Dio, ” e odia il suo fratello, egli è un bugiardo; per chi non ama il suo fratello che ha visto non può amare Dio che non ha visto.”
Giovanni 14: 21 ” Chiunque ha i miei comandamenti e li osserva, egli è chi mi ama. E chi mi ama sarà amato dal Padre mio, e io lo amerò e mi manifesterò a lui.”
Matteo 5: 43-48 “Avete udito che è stato detto:’ Amerai il tuo prossimo e odierai il tuo nemico. Ma io vi dico: Amate i vostri nemici e pregate per quelli che vi perseguitano, affinché siate figli del Padre vostro che è nei cieli. Perché fa sorgere il suo sole sui malvagi e sui buoni e fa piovere sui giusti e sugli ingiusti. Perché se ami quelli che ti amano, quale ricompensa hai? Nemmeno gli esattori delle tasse fanno lo stesso? E se salutate solo i vostri fratelli, cosa state facendo di più degli altri? Nemmeno i Gentili fanno lo stesso? …”
Matteo 22: 37-40 “37 Gesù gli disse:’ amerai il Signore tuo Dio con tutto il tuo cuore, con tutta la tua anima e con tutta la tua mente.’38 Questo è il primo e grande comandamento. 39 E il secondo è simile: ‘Amerai il tuo prossimo come te stesso.’40 Su questi due comandamenti pendono tutta la Legge e i Profeti.”
In chiusura devo dire come ho fatto molte volte prima come “Dio opera in modi misteriosi” e Lui è lì tutto il tempo anche quando pensiamo che non lo sia!
Dovremmo tutti essere svegli a questa Verità; che Egli è Dio Onnipotente e nulla sfugge alla Sua vista; Colui che conosce e vede tutte le cose! Non dobbiamo dimenticare“questo”, e dobbiamo amarlo e adorarlo solo perché Egli è il nostro Creatore che ci ama più di quanto possiamo mai immaginare. Dobbiamo tutto a Lui ed Egli attende le nostre decisioni in ogni cosa, perché è il giudice finale di tutto! Ma, perché ci mostra che dovremmo voler amarlo, e ha anche reso perfettamente chiaro, che possiamo e dobbiamo amarci l’un l’altro. Amen.

DIARIO DI LIBERO PENSIERO: TEMPI PER RIFLETTERE LONTANO DAL PC. (16 luglio 2021)
Un Saluto tutti, Cari Lettori! Con il pc distante da me, impossibilitate nel utilizzarlo perché come sapete è rotto, o meglio non si accende proprio più, ho più tempo di riflettere nel corso di tutta la mia giornata E personalmente è un’esperienza gratificante è positiva. Ho più tempo, per esempio, per meditare, per riflettere su me stessa, per migliorare degli aspetti ti ritenevo problematici da tempo. Credo che la cosa che più “ci frega” in ogni aspetto della nostra vita è lo stress. Purtroppo è la piaga del nuovo millennio. Se vogliamo risolvere una quantità incredibile di problemi, e lo dico in primis a tutti gli scettici che mi stanno leggendo, bisogna distruggere questo terribile mostro chiamato stress. Io, nonostante il mio blog la mia scrittura è una vita tutto sommato apparentemente tranquilla ho le mie cariche di stress e quando Noto che il livello di quest’ultimo si alza capisco che è arrivato il momento di pensare un po’ a me stessa. Quante volte vi è capitato? La domanda sembra quasi ridicola. Migliaia e migliaia di volte. Ma come si fa a togliere lo stress da noi? Sembra qualcosa di davvero molto molto complicato ma che in realtà è molto semplice. Per molti invece risulta difficile per un semplice unico motivo: non prestano ascolto arricchiamo inconscio del loro cervello punto si virgola perché lo stress arriva da cause esterne ma dal momento che noi ne stiamo soffrendo il corpo ci dà il suo segnale e bisogna prestargli ascolto. Ad esempio tutti quella serie di strani malesseri che si irradiano in varie parti del nostro corpo, di cui non si sa bene La natura e l’origine, a partire dal mal di testa fino hai dolori articolari il comune mal di schiena nascono da un’infiammazione. L’infiammazione è la risposta che il nostro corpo a livello cellulare ci offre per portare a termine uno stato di malessere creato dallo stress e da ciò che ci circonda. È proprio al Dora, con questi Chiari segnali che arriviamo al momento fatidico punto devo ricominciare ad ascoltarmi. Perciò in questi giorni personalmente cominciato a darmi più tempo per meditare, ad essere più cosciente di ciò che mangio, ad assumere più acqua, a praticare esercizio fisico, ma soprattutto a volermi bene il modo migliore per farlo e volendo bene al prossimo punto ma allora vi chiederete che cosa c’entra questo con l’ascolto di se stessi? A volte avere uno spazio intorno a sei calmo è piacevole fa stare bene anche noi. L’egoismo non era un valido rimedio per la guarigione. Per questo amo coccolare i miei lettori ad esempio, chiedendo loro ogni mattina come stanno e augurando loro il buongiorno sapendo di essere talvolta anche ricambiata, oppure aiutando nelle faccende domestiche in casa in maniera spontanea, senza che nessuno mi ponga delle particolari richieste ma solo per vedere la gioia di qualcosa di migliorato nella propria vita. Quindi con la mia stessa esperienza vi porto il mio consiglio di oggi. Per migliorare la vostra salute psicofisica iniziate da quello che vi circonda. Imparate a voler bene al prossimo prima che voi stessi, imparate a vedere il buono nel prossimo in modo tale che questo sia buono con voi, questo è l’egoismo positivo di cui tutti abbiamo bisogno. Con ciò non vi dico di farvi trattare come degli zerbini, dite sempre onestamente liberamente ciò che pensate ma sempre nel rispetto altrui. Dunque mi farebbe piacere sapere la vostra opinione in merito. Siete tutt’ora vittime di stress? Come mi farebbe sentire questo genere di pratica su voi stessi? I think the thing that most “cares” in every aspect of our life is stress. Unfortunately it is the scourge of the new millennium. If we want to solve an incredible amount of problems, and I say this primarily to all the skeptics who are reading me, we have to destroy this terrible monster called stress. I, despite my blog, my writing is an apparently quiet life after all, I have my loads of stress and when I notice that the level of the latter rises I understand that the time has come to think a little about myself. How many times has this happened to you? The question seems almost ridiculous. Thousands and thousands of times. But how do you take the stress out of us? It sounds like something really very very complicated but it is actually very simple. For many, however, it is difficult for one simple reason: they do not listen we enrich the unconscious of their brain point semicolon because the stress comes from external causes but since we are suffering from it, the body gives us its signal and we must listen to it. For example, all that series of strange ailments that radiate in various parts of our body, of which we do not know well.The nature and origin, starting from the headache up to you have joint pains the common back pain arise from a inflammation. So with my own experience I bring you my advice today. To improve your mental and physical health, start with what surrounds you. Learn to love your neighbor before you do yourself, learn to see the good in your neighbor in such a way that this is good to you, this is the positive selfishness we all need.
