New Lawsuit: Biden Task Force Schemes to Deny Religious Exemptions, Falsifies Medical Records
A lawsuit filed Oct. 24, 2021, in DC District Court by attorney Michael Yoder details the illegal steps taken by the Biden Administration to unconstitutionally deny religious exemptions to federal employees by using a Task Force and fake deadlines to circumvent the first amendment and deprive Plaintiffs of their free exercise of religion. [See below: the Court granted a temporary restraining order on Thursday in favor of Plaintiffs]
Shocking video footage from an Oct. 8, 2021 ‘Safer Federal Workforce Task Force’ Zoom call reveals Sam Berger—former Senior Advisor to Obama and the former VP of Democracy for John Podesta’s Center for American Progress (CAP)—outlined to nearly 200 high-level officials from various government agencies the “methodical approach” for each agency to adopt when dealing with religious exemptions.
The Unbelievable Task Force Scheme to Deny Religious Exemptions
In order to find out how many federal employees might seek an exemption, the Task Force advised the agencies to establish a deadline, with no intention of enforcing it, to induce all or nearly all federal employees seeking religious exemptions to submit them. Armed with that information, the Task Force then instructed the agencies not to issue any decisions. As explained in the lawsuit, the Task Force reasoned:
“once you grant an exemption to an individual in a job category, it is very hard to say that you’re not going to grant [an exemption] to a similarly situated person.”
The Task Force stressed out loud that, because it is important to “collect information” on federal employees who might hold sincerely held religious beliefs prohibiting them from complying with the vaccine mandate, the agencies should “take their time,” and “should not feel rushed that they have to take steps immediately.”
The Zoom call further revealed that the Task Force provided the agencies with a religious exemption questionnaire designed to collect specific information from employees seeking religious exemptions. Granting the agencies the full authority to refuse to provide religious accommodations under “whatever circumstances each agency so chooses,” the Task Force further directed the agencies to:
“work bearing in mind that a fair bit of thought went into the range of questions and the kind of information that [the questions] would provide.”
The lawsuit points out that instead of advising the agencies against taking any actions that would constitute a violation of federal law, the Task Force instead further identified its scheme to NOT provide any exemptions, emphasizing how important it is for the agencies to “figure[e] it out as quickly as possible . . . because [the agencies are] not going to run an accommodation in those places–and that’s totally fine.”
By following the directives of the Task Force, the lawsuit maintains the Defendants have either failed to implement a process for Plaintiff and federal employees to submit religious exemptions or intentionally implemented a strategy to collect information from Plaintiff’s and federal employees to which they are not entitled. Both are in violation of current EEOC Guidance, federal statutory law, and the fundamental First Amendment right to engage in the free exercise of religion.
Reinforcing the nefarious agenda of the Task Force, the lawsuit explains that EO 14043—signed on Sept. 9, 2021, to establish the “Vaccine Mandate“—insists all federal agencies implement a program “requiring COVID-19 vaccination for all of its federal employees, with exceptions only as required by law.” EO 14043 also declares that within 7 days of the EO, the Task Force must issue guidance on agency implementation of the vaccine mandate for all agencies covered by the order.
Still, on Sept. 13, 2021, when the Task Force published its Guidance titled “COVID-19 Workplace Safety: Agency Model Safety Principles,” the Guidance was entirely devoid of any information about religious exemptions. Instead, it established the Nov. 22 deadline for compliance and delegated decision-making authority to the heads of respective government agencies. By not including guidance on exemptions as clearly provided by law, the lawsuit states the Task Force violated EO 14043 “on its face” adding:
“… the egregiousness as the why the Task Force refused to give the agencies guidance is conscious shocking.”
The Executive Order Driving the Task Force
As the Nov. 22, 2021 deadline approaches for the Federal Vaccine Mandate, hundreds of thousands of federal employees and active-duty service members face unlawful termination. Many service members have been denied religious exemptions despite having sincerely held religious beliefs that prohibit them from complying with Executive Order 14043 (EO 14043), signed by the president on Sept. 9, 2021. The 99-page lawsuit, filed on Oct. 24, 2021, reminds the First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause provides that:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
According to the lawsuit, by exploiting EO 13991, which established the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force, Biden has wrongly “revered CDC guidelines as the holy grail of not only medical authority—but legal authority too.” In what logic dictates is not a coincidence, one short day after the FDA’s “approval” of the Pfizer COMIRNATY COVID-19 “vaccine,” Sec. of Defense Lloyd Austin issued a DoD Order on Aug. 24 demanding all active-duty servicemembers be vaccinated against COVID-19.

The Legal Distinctions between Pfizer-BioNTech & Comirnaty “Vaccines”
The lawsuit emphasizes that Pfizer’s COMIRNATY® COVID-19 mRNA vaccine (“COMIRNATY”), approved by the FDA on Aug. 23, 2021, is legally distinguishable from the Pfizer-BioNTech “vaccine” (BioNTech) as spelled out in the FDA’s COMIRNATY vaccine approval announcement. Explaining the significant distinction, including the fact COMIRNATY has a stated eleven ingredients and Pfizer-BioNTech has just ten, the lawsuit says:
The FDA approval letter only states that COMIRNATY is FDA-approved; Pfizer-BioNTech, is not, nor has it ever been approved by the FDA.
It could not be clearer that BioNTech is not FDA-approved and therefore, the vaccine remains subject to the EUA provisions of the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (“FDCA”).
As a result, a mass misinformation campaign has construed the two legally distinct vaccines to be considered by the public at-large as a single “Pfizer vaccine”—this is not correct.
While Pfizer’s COMIRNATY approval letter states that its two vaccines share the same formulation, the FDA concedes that “the products are legally distinct with certain differences. . .”
In tremendous detail, the lawsuit explains the lack of evidence proving what the “certain differences” are between the two “vaccines,” and questions the FDA’s assertion that the two distinct formulations can legally be used interchangeably.
Outlining the visible labeling differences between the two “vaccines,” the FDA asserted in a letter to Pfizer, “The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine vial label and carton labels are clearly marked for ‘Emergency Use Only.’” In what the lawsuit contends is “not true,” the FDA also included specific language in the letter declaring “the licensed vaccine (COMIRNATY) has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech) and the products can be used interchangeably to provide vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns.”
According to the CDC, “the FDA approved the licensure of COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA), made by Pfizer for BioNTech.” The lawsuit points out that the FDA did not approve the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Noticeably, with the full awareness that the BioNTech vaccine is not FDA-approved, the CDC nevertheless stated that:
“… because “[t]he FDA-approved Pfizer-BioNTech product COMIRNATY and the FDA-authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine have the same formulation[,] [the two vaccines] can be used interchangeably to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series . . .”. As a result, the CDC has advised:
[V]accination providers can use doses distributed under EUA [(e.g., the non-FDA approved Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine)] to administer the vaccination series as if the doses were the licensed vaccine.
The lawsuit affirms without question that the CDC is wrong. The EUA statute explicitly states that anyone administered an EUA product must be informed of the option to accept or refuse it, as well as alternatives to the product and the risks and benefits of receiving it. Equally as erroneous is the CDC’s assertion that “vaccine providers can use doses distributed under EUA to administer the vaccination series as if the doses were the licensed vaccine.” Without question, possibly the most crucial difference between COMIRNATY and Pfizer-BioNTech is their current availability.
On the surface, the lawsuit notes that the FDA’s approval letter for COMIRNATY states that the CDC: explicitly distinguishes between the COMIRNATY and BioNTech vaccines; expressly determines that COMIRNATY is FDA approved and BioNTech is under EUA; asserts that COMIRNATY and BioNTech have the same “formulation”; and alleges that, “despite certain differences” between the two, BioNTech can be used interchangeably with COMRINATY. And then, the lawsuit aptly illustrates the Biden Administration’s significant untruth, explaining:
“… and then with abject audacity, [the FDA] advises that “[a]lthough COMIRNATY is approved. . . there is not sufficient approved vaccine available for distribution to this population in its entirety at the time of reissuance of [the BioNTech] EUA.
In unequivocal terms, the FDA has made it expressly clear: “There is no adequate, approved, and available alternative to the emergency use of [the BioNTech] COVID‑19 Vaccine to prevent COVID-19.
The only vaccine that has received FDA approval is COMIRNATY, yet COMIRNATY is unavailable. [Therefore] no FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine is available.”
All Current COVID-19 Vaccines Use Aborted Fetal Cell Tissue
As discussed extensively in the lawsuit, fetal tissue has a long history of being procured and sold in the development of vaccines. It is not disputed that two fetal cell lines were used in the development and testing of the three available COVID-19 “vaccines.” The use of fetal cells in vaccines goes against the Plaintiffs’ sincerely held religious beliefs that compel them to refuse these products in their body, regardless of any perceived benefit or rationale.
In an apparent attempt to conceal the presence of fetal cells, Pfizer Senior Director of Worldwide Research Vanessa Gelman is quoted as saying, “From the perspective of corporate affairs, we want to avoid having the information on fetal cells floating out there…The risk of communicating this right now outweighs any potential benefit we could see…” And Philip Dormitzer, Pfizer’s Chief Scientific Officer, has echoed that he wants to keep the information a secret because of the objections of pro-life individuals, like the Plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
DoD Misrepresentations, Falsification of Records & Denials of Exemptions
Significantly, on Oct. 15, 2021, Major Edwin Paz requested information from the DiLorenzo Clinic about whether the clinic had any of the FDA-approved COMIRNATY available. Clinic Director Dr. Seto responded, stating, “Pfizer has not made any Comirnaty. There is no expected date when we will receive Comirnaty.” DoD OIG COVID-19 Coordinator corroborated this statement after being informed by DoD officials that the Pentagon does not have any COMIRNATY and does not know when the product will be available.
With the DoD recognition that Pfizer has not made any COMIRNATY, the lawsuit points to indisputable evidence that the DoD does not now, nor has it ever had, one or more FDA-approved doses of COMIRNATY. In undoubtedly one of the more damaging revelations, the DoD has falsified the medical records of active-duty personnel to reflect the injection of the FDA-approved COMIRNATY vaccine. Chief Warrant Officer One Jacob Workman has testified that his immunization records with the TRICARE medical portal reflect that he received the COMIRNATY jab on Oct. 8, 2021.

Finally, under the jurisdiction of Secretary of Defense Austin and President Biden, using identical language, the U.S. Marine Corps has denied the religious accommodation requests of servicemembers. Pursuant to the Marine Administration Message (MARDAMIN) on Oct. 23, 2021, the Marine Corps has begun processing 1st Lt. Soto and Cpl. Hall. for administrative separation and subjected them to adverse administrative disciplinary action. In addition to the “copy/paste” generic responses received, both men cite errors in the data referenced in their respective letters, leaving each to assume their requests for religious exemption were not “carefully considered.”
Claims for Relief
By limiting the vaccination mandate to only Executive Branch employees of the “agencies,” such as the Plaintiffs, while not requiring the same from other Executive Branches (like the White House, EOP, CDC, NIH, NIAID), the Plaintiffs allege the Vaccine Mandate instituted by Defendants, which is neither neutral nor generally applicable, plainly and unconstitutionally targets religious practice.
With the goal of a Court rendered declaratory judgment that the Vaccine Mandate is illegal and unlawful, the lawsuit asks, among other things, that the court issue a temporary restraining order (TRO) to halt the draconian vaccine commands. Without sufficient provisions for exemption or accommodation for sincerely held religious beliefs, the Vaccine Mandate violates the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act and the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. For that reason, the Defendants should immediately grant Plaintiff’s requests for religious exemptions from the Vaccine Mandate to accommodate their sincerely held religious beliefs.
Yoder points out that “while reasonable minds can disagree to the magnitude of the COVID-19 pandemic,” the United States Supreme Court reminds us:

Several unvaccinated government employees, including active-duty military members, who were named in the lawsuit challenging the president’s vaccination mandate as illegal were granted a temporary restraining order on Thursday by a federal judge in Washington.
The plaintiffs are requesting a religious exemption from the Biden vaccination requirement for federal employees, which was originally disclosed officially on September 9.
As reported by Fox News, District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled that none of the civilian employee plaintiffs would be subject to discipline while their request for a religious exemption was ongoing.
Additionally, according to Judge Kollar-Kotelly’s judgment, Kotelly’s active-duty military plaintiffs whose religious exemption petitions have been refused will not be penalized or separated while their appeals are pending.
Jenna Ellis, a political journalist, and lawyer shared the decision on Twitter on Thursday: “This is an amazing development from the DC District Court in the stand for OUR RIGHTS against the unconstitutional vaccine mandates,” she said.
As reported by Fox News, “the court additionally ordered that the defendants in the Biden administration file a supplemental notice by noon on Friday, indicating whether they will agree that no plaintiff will be penalized or dismissed until the court’s judgment.”
Plaintiffs’ attorney Mike Yoder followed suit with a similar statement to Biden’s. According to his tweet, “I will be immediately filing suit against [Joe Biden] regarding his [overboard] & unconstitutional vaccine mandate.”
In addition, Yoder stated that “Your executive order may not be about freedom, but this lawsuit sure as hell is.”
Yoder went on a rant about the mandate on the internet the day before he was granted a temporary restraining order in his favor.
According to him: “Under Biden, exercising your religious freedoms will get your fired, for cause and you lose your benefits,” he wrote. “But if you perjure yourself like FBI’s Andy McCabe, you’ll get a pension, $200,000 in backpay, & $500,000 worth of attorneys fees.”
“The agreement does not change the findings of DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz that McCabe lied under oath to investigators on three occasions; it simply eliminates all consequences for doing so.” wrote The Hill in an op-ed last month.
As President Joe Biden stated in September, mandated immunization and testing, as well as mask restrictions, affect not just government employees, but also numerous private enterprises.
As The Daily Wire noted at the time, “Companies with at least 100 employees must require their employees get vaccinated or submit to weekly COVID-19 tests under a new Biden administration plan to combat the coronavirus and encourage vaccination.” “President Joe Biden is scheduled to outline a revamped federal strategy to address COVID-19 that includes far more invasive regulations and restrictions than the federal government has put in place to date. Part of Biden’s six-point plan involves cracking down on 100+ employee companies to push their employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19.”
As reported by The Wall Street Journal, the United States Labor Department aims to release an emergency interim standard in a couple of weeks “implementing the new requirement, which will cover 80 million private-sector workers. … Businesses that don’t comply can face fines of up to $14,000 per violation, [officials] said.”
Particularly noteworthy is that Daily Wire co-founder and co-CEO Jeremy Boreing reacted to the announcement immediately through Twitter, stating that he would not comply with Biden’s demands.

Nope, this only got an EUA by political strings being pulled with even after all of the vaccine injured and dead around the world it got an extension, basically more lies or smoke and mirrors to fake out the people! And now it’s being pushed to be mandatory for all children 5 to 11 years of age! When the propaganda hasn’t worked well enough for everyone to willingly take the jab, the government officials start using coercion and threatening tactics to make the people believe they must get the jab or else, and that or else is “totalitarian control,” to take away freedom and human rights for not complying!
This is all irrational behavior being driven by some of the lowest and slimiest people that ever existed with a big agenda behind it! That is something that would have made a big difference if most people on the planet had been doing that all along! Now it’s too late to wish all the global corruption away or to fantasize that it will work itself out! This crazy pandemic situation should spell out clearly what potential and probably manmade schemes or scenarios are up the road that will ultimately bring everything to a head!
So my point to add by all of this spiel of mine is that the only answer that there can really be, is God Almighty! It is crazy that we are still in a pandemic. I know of many people who take it in their stride, and who are going out into life and doing enjoyable things, celebrating life, as it were. 1. Official sources, namely EudraVigilance (EU, EEA, Switzerland), MHRA (UK) and VAERS (USA), have now recorded many more deaths and injuries from the COVID-!9 “vaccine” roll-out than from all previous vaccines combined since records began.
Below are the latest data as at 15 September 2021 (the earlier data appear in the Appendix below):
EU/EEA/Switzerland to 11 September 2021 – 24,528 Covid-19 injection related deaths and 2,292,967 injuries, per EudraVigilance Database.
UK to 1 September 2021 – 1,632 Covid-19 injection related deaths and 1,186,844 injuries, per MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
USA to 3 September 2021 – 14,506 Covid-19 injection related deaths and 3,146,691 injuries, per VAERS database.

This article does point out the fact that a long standing nefarious plan has been chewing up Constitutional Rights along with our Human Rights to bring on total control of the human race!
I realized when reading this article that all of what you say here is exactly as I’ve seen it too. I was in the process of writing a long response to another concerned citizen regarding a letter she sent to me after I reblogged her extensive article that questions the building body of evidence about how the Brain can be Remotely-Controlled by light flashes from digital devices!
Between these two distinctly separate articles I can at least surmise that it all comes to a convergence of making one realize how enormous and totally diabolical these problems are and where it is all headed! Then this brings me full circle to my own conclusion that Biblical Prophecy is all true and absolutely unfolding in real time right now! That means the only real solid ground and answer to all of the madness and evil around us is going to be “Faith in God Almighty” and putting Him first, above anything; even our own individual lives! There isn’t anything mankind can come up with on its own that will resolve the basic underlying fundamental problem that now exponentially increases daily, nor stop the catastrophic ultimate destruction that humans are bringing upon themselves. What follows is my response to that other commentary with accompanying links to some of my own blog postings that absolutely apply to all these matters as I see it!
Hi Joyce…I went to bed early last night but saw this right away upon waking. I agree totally and this agenda has had to have been an operative plan for quite a long while by the “think tanks” and “truly nefarious” of the world who are and plan to be the “puppet masters” of us all; these are not people with any “Christian values or hearts” but “truly monsters in human form,” to me! Only devils can think this way so it’s all evil out of the gate; that is a given! And my point is how do we win in such a fight when they hold all the cards and can usurp all kinds of military power to crush us when needed or even dark spiritual forces from hell, by those that are truly possessed just like say Commie China does all along which its demonically controlled and now many right in our US Government, aka Biden and Pelosi!
They’ve been using the dumb down method of corralling us like you say, getting people to lose or give up their will to succeed or want to push their lives toward accomplishing worthwhile goals, but rather, to be drifting jellyfish that can then be told what to do and when Commie Style which will allow the tyrants to control any of us to do as they command; not becoming independent individuals, but rather to be dependent minions, of the MOB mentality; the opposite of what American Pioneers were, and, what God wants us to be! This whole pandemic lie was just a trial run to push the agenda and an actual training platform to condition us while they tweak their nefarious plan or agenda of total control and utter oppression! Now they make threats that if we want our supply chain problems to go away and have all the consumer items available; “A Venezuela Building Scenario,” to hurry up and shut up, and do as you are told; Biden’s build back better! Nice Messed Up world these maniacs we allowed to have government power over us are creating; and imagine millions of fools voted for this, obviously their brains have already been tenderized and conditioned!
So my real conclusion is that sure resisting at all times in our minds is good exercise, in order not to lose our minds becoming those jellyfish so easily, and or just give up to become a damned sheeple! So we need “God Almighty” now, like more than the air we breathe! That is why promoting “Faith and Prayer” is the ultimate weapon against all of this my Friend! If there was a better solution than that I think I would have already seen it, as I analyze and rack-my-brain on these big issues, and can’t see anything other than what the “Holy Scriptures” tell us about where we can find wisdom and the bottom-line answer; to all woes and problems of mankind! Too many people have been led away from this kind of insight, with wayward thinking taking it’s place for too long now, and thus a resulting human race that is all jumbled up mentally running off on self-fulfilling prophecy tangents (lifestyles as they call it) of I’ll figure this out or I can do what I want the way I want as long as I’m weird, a Pagan, I fit their big program and they won’t mess with me, or even worse when some guys tell me, “it is what it is,” so thereby meaning who cares I don’t, type of thinking, just going along to get along! And that has led to a secularized dumb bunch of monkeys sort of society, like in the old movie “Planet of the Apes” where the brutal can herd all the weaker “no mind humans” or goofy in the head ones, to do as they are instructed or get their heads bashed in!

I have seen it coming for at least since 911 and actually experienced firsthand “government overreach” and the shredding of our Constitutional Rights, like Nazis they violated my 5th and 14th Amendment Rights, and where was the big mouthed ACLU moron’s mouthpiece to help someone like me who had a real case? They are a huge part of the problem, they and others like the Southern Poverty Law Center both of which have screamed about citizens’ rights, say like a woman’s right to choose to kill her unborn baby even full term half way out of her body, or get the prayer out of school and no Christmas Cress on city property which is celebrating Christianity YES, the “actual driving foundational force” behind the establishment of America, oh no can’t allow that; but, all part of an agenda, which was to destroy “traditional American values” and get God out of the way; so the society could be “totally secularized or heathenized” making those organizations all Pagan Commie Traitors that I despise; which those organizations want all Americans to be!
So they got to force feed this evil to the public all these years unabated, because it should have been stopped long ago, and now it’s looking a bit too late; all these guys and gals running around with their bodies full of tats and rings in their noses or lips and tongues as well as God knows what else! I had talked directly to those organizations to see what they could do about my direct concern and “problem with Government Overreach” and they “don’t give a rats ass” because I’m not some left wing loony or gay rights and a dysfunctional idiot that has something they can build into their overall agenda; of destroy from within! But all those that they do work with, as some of those I just mentioned along with many more; do you think they pray or go to church and really care about anything other than their own little selfish twisted desires and left wing trash? Not a chance! LOST SOULS!!!
So the only conclusion there is in all of this to arrive at as I see it, is how can this “insane mess” be reversed or turned around quickly enough to prevent utter catastrophe which is coming to Planet Earth; and that answer has to be God, nothing else is going to cut it, none of us are going to come up with the magic formula or cure-all! We hear corrupted and even wicked government officials blaring out at us to “Trust the Science,” aka they really mean the “Lies and Propaganda,” because that is our God and will solve all of our problems; not God leading men but men leading men; they say listen to people like the demonic Fauci or the assortment of other derelict demons propelled by a completely evil and corrupted “Main Stream Media Propaganda Arm of the Agenda,” running loose doing as they please; while promoting total destruction to us and everything else eventually!
The writing is on the wall and in all of our faces, but, mostly what we see in response is “the blind leading the blind,” too many idiots on this Media Platform selling their books or saying look at me, I’m published and follow me, while giving me some dollars because I rate; and all they really are, is full of themselves and stupid people, helping the actual Agenda of destroy from within; so they are enemies too, just like so many others on “the big joke is on you,” internet each day!
Let me end with this to point out where actually Humanity is or isn’t; the Hippocratic Oath is barely existent anymore! I had a serious health problem only because I was attacked in a corrupted politicized government job environment with an arranged injury, so actual criminal intent involved, which prior to the injury I was a picture of health no doctor needed for anything, not even the flu nor any aches or pains, just fine health, and all of my health was maintained by healthy living with naturopathic home remedies that are old tried, tested and proven over centuries if not millennia! But, once I was in the Medical Establishment with a health crisis I was finding out how a few of these doctors I was seeing were either doing nothing to really help me “regain” my “own health,” or they were actively damaging it further, which would then make me a permanent money making product for the industry or kill me; whichever came first! Things are out of control and those “puppeteers at the top of this nightmare” are holding all the strings at the moment! When I made my initial comment here I was very busy and tired but could tell that I needed and wanted to come back with something vitally important to say to this provocative poignant message of yours and the question you posed here! Thankfully God’s Holy Spirit was so kind to me to bring the dots into focus connecting them with His loving care!
I woke only after sleeping a few hours this morning and found immediately the first message in my Word Press cue a long comment to one of my last blog posts yesterday, which I felt a definite response to it building in me. I actually saw after completing that comment of mine that it fit to a great degree here too, as to being exactly along the lines of what I wanted to say to your fine blog posting! So I hope my adding it here in its entirety will bring some added Truth and God’s loving message to you and all who are interested in reading this!
All very informative and insightful in focusing on the Truth which is our friend always and we must make a friend of Truth no matter how bitter a pill to swallow at times, because without Truth we fall into living a lie or being on a fool’s errand! This is what we saw with the George Floyd insanity across the Nation during the summer of 2020 obviously when masses of people were functioning as a physical arm of Satan on earth doing his bidding and not God’s for there was absolutely no just cause in any of that violence and we saw distinctly how the Whole Dem party fanned the flames and didn’t care how much destruction or death occurred and those are our leaders promulgating this evil along with also the Republicans standing by for the most part doing nothing about it; Mitch McConnell to me just a minion of Satan and dirty filthy crony gluttonous Ways of the World politician so they too in concert were helping the Devil! The response to quell all of that madness would have been send in the US Marines and Army and basically a Civil War would be underway so is that why basically nothing was done or is it just a forestalling of the inevitable which is coming anyway!

The Communist Chinese have been buying up anything and everything they can in America for decades now and is that because they love America and Americana? We know the answer to that question and who it serves and it definitely is not American Citizens or Christian values and the fundamental principles by which this Nation or Republic was created in the first place! So more than the writing should be on the wall for anyone with a half of a clue as to where this is headed! All the stops have been pulled out and not only are the current agendas Communist they are definitely Satanic!
Now this is another comment that jumps out to me because I see what is happening and what is motivating people to respond or not to their world around them in the most appropriate manner which yes used to be actually getting on their knees and praying to God Almighty as you said in order to have happen these words from Holy Scripture! The Bible says “that where two or three are gathered, God is in their midst.” But I was just saying the thing that jumps out to me that triggered an underlying issue or reality here is this; “It also says to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.”
That is of course a scriptural passage I’ve quoted numerous times in my writings on Word Press; “11and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 12Therefore, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now even more in my absence; continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling. 13For it is God who works in you to will and to act on behalf of His good purpose.” Philippians 2:11-13
The reason this truly jumps out is because as I see it the underlying issue of why are things consistently going from bad to worse in human behavior in for example the whole monstrosity of abortion from a horrendous evil to being an outright license to murder innocent helpless human babies even full term now estimated that 1.7 Billion worldwide with 63 Million in the US; innocent human lives have been snuffed out while in California actual mad dog killers have been allowed to walk; and this society or civilization hasn’t freaked out and said no way, we are out of control and must stop this evil now! They are being ruled by this secular world and its king Satan, that is the only explanation and I tell you we have been and are on the precipice to Hell! I was always the eternal optimist most of my life from boyhood but now even though that core essence of my soul is there its mostly withdrawn from an ugly evil world that most people are OK with, because they go along to get along, but, they sure didn’t when George Floyd a minion of Satan was dead! This is a sickening world and I’m still an optimist but much sadder than I’ve ever been as I see still good happening each day, but, the ugly evil sin is so in our faces that I do hate this world now, it is just too horrible to me and I want God to return and end this, and, sadly even though the good will be with it I see God as totally omnipotent having the ability to sort out all the good things and withdraw them all to heaven even the beauty of a flower to extract all the absolute good and reanimate or perfect them all in heaven as part of His glory, but, to then banish all corruption and evil to hell which is something I want more than anything, even my own life; I pray to God for this to come!
That Philippians 2:11-13 really hit home for me because in the story of Emily Rose the young lady who was demonically possessed a great vital message was passed on to the human race which was and is that demonic evil is infesting the world more than ever in these modern times and has consistently ramped up for the past century to where we are now with I believe more demonically possessed or influences people than ever before that won’t end well, which we already know from prophecy, and it’s all spelled out even saying in the End Time people will actually welcome death over the living in this world as it will be that ugly and Satanic, we see what the evil cohort of hell Pelosi with the equally diabolical evil Bergoglio has just signaled to the world and what they promote which is in the works; the full-fledged establishing of Satan’s church on earth now! This is what I want for stupid and the wicked or spiritually lost people to wake up to fast, but, will that happen? Only if God provides a cataclysmic event that would scare and shock the hell out of anyone, to then make them want to get down on their knees and beg His forgiveness thereby spreading the power of prayer and God’s Holy Spirit upon the entire human race as was the reason the story of Emily Rose, Anneliese Michel the actual German woman upon which the story is based who was supposedly truly possessed with 6 demons, but, the priest and parents were prosecuted for murder! I think that was wrong, at least from my limited capability of knowing all the Truth, but, I sense it was for real and the key here is Anneliese did want for her epitaph Philippians 2:11-13 which to me is where the whole human race stands right now; things are such a mess we should all be “trembling in fear” and begging God to please help us; for Him to keep us and protect us from all evil, so we can be saved from eternal damnation which will happen to many people or souls who will be lost for eternity, and that is my warning to all reading here; that they wake up fast, very fast! Here is a bit of something I had to say about this kind of warped nefarious world we are now in which isn’t going to get better but a whole lot worse!

There was a movie back in the 80’s “Looker” which revolved around some corporate and an added note here is we all know how devious big Pharma is with their massive brainwashing television adds; but these corporate characters that had a sinister mind control device in this story that with flashes of light had a hypnotic effect on the person it was directed at altering their perceptions and thinking. Today we have microwave energy beam technology which is just a different portion of the electromagnetic spectrum and not the visible light spectrum this “Looker device employed,” but, sending out signals to prepped individuals with sort of robotic digital data to control actions and behaviors is here now.
And, with all of the propaganda or even our foods being manipulated genetically and chemically to alter our brainwaves don’t you see how easy this plan of attack is and how we are all victims now and even potential zombies. The police and citizen violence that seems to pop up and get out of control couldn’t this be a planned manipulation to trigger hostilities and get the masses to do just what they did with the Floyd case who actually was a brute thug drug addict and criminal who got what he was asking for by living the way he did, “live by the sword die by he sword,” then in the scuffle he resisted the police pushing his luck and the cops are dealing with these characters day in and day out getting fed up and tired too putting their lives on the line to protect an even more ungrateful society each passing month, so it won’t take much to set off a massive firestorm with such a dry tinder box sort of condition where all that is needed is a spark and you have an inferno which is what happened and over what? One black man thug died, so that really warranted burning cities down and killing innocent people in the process; but, do people flip out and burn cities anytime you heard about, when full term human babies are snuffed out day of delivery? No; because that isn’t part of any nefarious program or plan by the puppeteers and you know it.
Did Floyd, BLM, ANTIFA and all the citizens that were out of control after Floyd brought on his own demise, did any of them ever go screaming bloody murder or even having a so called peaceful protest when Full Term Day of Delivery Murder of unwanted human babies happens day in and day out? The answer you realize is unequivocally NO! None of those derelicts have a modicum of respect or pity for the little innocent babies; so I have ZERO for them as they are a damned lot and sentenced to damnation by their own voices or lack thereof, along with their obvious unjust actions, which they have condemned themselves by! By the way, another added sidebar note here is China is the biggest baby snuffer going and actually delivered ones, born but not males or having what’s seen as other defect, and, this kind of genocide of human babies to this degree hasn’t been seen since ancient times which actually pales in comparison; when for example during the time of Moses Pharaoh Ramesses of Egypt ordered all male newborn babies to be killed or King Herod the Great of Judea did, ordering that all babies two years of age or less be disposed of.

A man who killed a large part of his own family and arrested large numbers of the most prominent citizens with orders for their execution when he died so there would be mourning at his death (Josephus. Antiquities of the Jews. 17.6.5) . . . would not have caused much of a stir by liquidating a score of children in an obscure village. Knowing of Herod’s conduct and the Jewish scruples about pork, the emperor Augustus was reported to have said that he would rather be Herod’s very pig than Herod’s son. [1]

These quotes help us understand that King Herod the Great was wicked. So we should not be surprised that a non-Christian wrote the following about Herod’s massacre of children under the age of two that is mentioned in Matthew 2:16. The non-Christian writer is Macrobius (A.D. 395-423).
On hearing that the son of Herod, king of the Jews, had been slain when Herod ordered that all boys in Syria under the age of two to be killed, Augustus said, “It’s better to be Herod’s pig, than his son” (dicta 56 Malc.)[3]

Another film based on a great novel and even some actual past events is the Manchurian Candidate which again delves into, the realm of mind control and basically hypnotizing individuals and planting thought patterns or even actual orders in their subconscious minds to be acted out at a precise time and place, their marching orders if you will.
Making automatons out of human beings so they carry out an order to assassinate or blow up some building, and, even fly airplanes into buildings. All that is needed in this scenario is the kidnapping of these individuals whereby they are then carefully programmed, with today’s technology even having nanotechnology implanted in them before anyone knows they are missing and release them; to let them go through the motions of their daily lives like they don’t have a care in the world until that precise trigger moment comes when they act like some instinctual wild animal and the predator is released to carry out a deadly act, or even some political decision, and perhaps just adds the final vote to deploy troops or shut down the Nation declaring Marshall Law, and then, totalitarian control is established overnight.

Joyce that church was providing falsehood and ill-conceived interpretation of God’s word! You were subjected to misconceptions and lies so that causes damage! Just as the entire world is now being subjected to colossal lies and falsehood, which Holy Scriptures say would be the case in the End Time; so that is the matter of paramount importance, not how do we save our-lives here against these tyrants.
The one who is behind it all, Satan, uses these earthly minions to bring on destruction! Satan wants our fear and panic so we need not be afraid of anything he can try doing to us, nor even death; because God Almighty is going to save all those souls who believe in Him! This all sounds pretty brutal to me! Do we live in a messed up sick world; damn straight! All the more reason to turn to God Almighty because besides knowing straight-out of the gate we aren’t getting out of this alive we should also recognize if we truly are paying attention to it all, that there is a battle of mega proportions going on, I mean look around any given day or especially at that hell-hole Washington where all of our big leaders are and are they getting it together or doing so much good; not a chance, but, if I do pay attention seeing this mega battle for what it is and still can see that there is absolute good just as there is absolute evil in this world with many varying degrees in-between; this insight is a ray of light coming down upon us.
We are all in this sea of tears that have been accumulating since the very first human beings inhabited this place that we have to call home for now, and all those tears have been pouring out daily filling that sea as a consequence of sin or transgression. Cause and effect is what it comes down to and every single atom in the universe is affected by every other as they all are driven by the same forces in motion from the beginning! Why doesn’t God interfere with it all is because we can’t possibly understand or even begin to see the effects and or results of every affect; or all of the resulting outcomes. Pure absolute thought and love shrouds all of this entire fallen existence; but, because it is Divine and perfectly Holy all of this that we are enveloped in isn’t remotely as it stands possible of being in the presence of, let alone company of actual heavenly perfection; that Almighty Divine Power and Glory; God Almighty. That power could end this all right now or could have long ago, and to many of us we may think maybe He should have; but who are we to even get so uppity and self-righteous to think we can make that call, when we can’t even begin to wrap out heads around it all. Because that is what it would take to make the full and final judgment call on such a thing, and God is able and will do that, as He told us in Holy Scriptures; He alone will sort this all out and separate all the Good from the Evil or Bad.
I have to get back to what I said yesterday and many days in the past that unless we are capable of being totally humble and allowing God to be our direct focus to Truth in our lives then we become a ship with no rudder, floating aimlessly in this sea of tears! Some people ask, why should I believe in something that doesn’t give me what I want, or think I need most; and when I’m supposed to ask it from somebody I don’t see! First who are we that we can command or demand anything from anyone when we can’t even help ourselves out of this hellish mess, and solve this world’s problems, or even many of our own personal ones? We don’t have the right and we only should think about how hopelessly lost and screwed we are; being humbled by this Truth, so we can make all the necessary adjustments, as we live our daily moment to moment lives, “seeking our God first and foremost.”
Because that is our only actual Hope; nothing else matters unless we have that Hope in Him, the One who will sort out every one of those atoms in the universe, to not only make total sense out of this resulting turmoil; but will give Peace from it; to all those who deserve it! And sadly all people need peace, but, the saddest thing is many only run away from it, and seek the dark and misery on the other side of the next door or from their own shadows, on and on perpetually repeating their same basic flaw and inner struggling conflict of thinking they can hide from Truth or Fix things, if allowed to go it alone; which is trying to hide from it! Never in a million years can anyone do that and I learned through my life and from some occasional blessings how I have to accept that God is my only Hope and Salvation from this nightmare!
The simple truth is it’s all right there for the asking, and those Holy Words in the Bible are really the Words given to us by God! That is the starting point for any of us to find Hope, Solace and Salvation from the horrible mess we find ourselves in! That is our Rudder to give us the control and stability we sorely need, along with actually anything that we truly need which is good! In those words, Jesus who is God manifested in the human flesh, He told us so many wonderful things coming from His immaculate pure heart full of love, and the one that I start with is this!
5“Lord,” said Thomas, “we do not know where You are going, so how can we know the way?” 6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. 7If you had known Me, you would know My Father as well. From now on you do know Him and have seen Him.” John 14:6
Then too I am always reminded in my travels or thinking of this which I know to be true to the core by my even testing it out with sincere daily belief and I’m always given direct from God incentives to continue on and do that as much as I can! Which I admit I don’t do well enough or consistently enough at times, I do slip a bit, because I get caught up in my emotion or the crooked worldly aggravations at times, which is coming from my fallible broken human nature! And nobody can be perfect here, or anything that even comes close, except maybe saints who do approach a very high level of beauty and inner perfection, that does transcend this mere broken flesh life; that they turn over to the Lord, they “let go and let God!”
Herein lays that mega conflict;
“40Then Jesus returned to the disciples and found them sleeping. “Were you not able to keep watch with Me for one hour?” He asked Peter. 41“Watch and pray so that you will not enter into temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak.” 42A second time He went away and prayed, “My Father, if this cup cannot pass unless I drink it, may Your will be done.” Matthew 26:41
Our souls need relief and a genuine means out of this place that they do not belong to, but are trapped in until our individual times come to leave this place called earth. Meanwhile we must do the following.
“4Then you will find favor and high regard in the sight of God and man. 5Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; 6in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:4-6
I don’t pretend to have all of the answers but none of us do nor is that remotely possible to even scratch the surface to such a dilemma, but again all the more reason to see that we are so in need of the one who will give “All Truth” and every answer that matters in time wiping away all tears and healing all hearts; but we must Trust Him, and that is the one answer I or anyone needs! And that takes active participation as well as commitment; if not, you are saying I can do it all by myself, and I’ll check back with you on this thing sometime down the road! No dice; there may not be a next time or enough time, to get our shit together; in order to be in a state of grace for the “Holiness of God” to then allow us; to be able to enter into His Glory! What is the view of child abuse? I struggle with that question. I’ve found that child abuse survivors are viewed as damaged goods. I see pity in people’s eyes. I say, don’t see me and my ordeal—understand that there are children out there right this second that are undergoing the same kind of ordeal. I pray to and beg my dear Lord Jesus to not allow this Atrocity to continue and that a “Crimes Against Humanity” Nuremberg Trial proceeding be pursued strenuously against these Mega Corporations and any and all government officials responsible for these heinous actions to date; and to be carried forward expeditiously!
These individuals that are slinking away like so many serpentine creatures from the Light of Truth avoiding their responsibility of being candid and forthright are culpable for all the death and suffering resulting from the use of these horrid deadly concoctions! I tell you they all have so much to be worried about, not just the typical litigation concerns or public outcry and anger to come toward them in such a dark vicious conspiratorial matter; but the Truth is; God will judge them! And I am absolutely convinced in my heart through my own prayer and communion with the Holy Spirit of God that there will be no dodging or escaping what lies ahead for them into eternity, for this evil!
“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” (Isaiah 5:20).

According to the leaked emails, as reported by Project Veritas: “Pfizer’s Chief Scientific Officer, Philip Dormitzer, admits aborted fetus tissue is used in the company’s vaccine program, but that employees should just stick with Pfizer’s polished narrative omitting any mention of aborted fetal tissue to avoid any issues with the public.
“HEK293T cells, used for the IVE assay, are ultimately derived from an aborted fetus,” Dormitzer said. “On the other hand, the Vatican doctrinal committee has confirmed that they consider it acceptable for Pro-Life believers to be immunized.
