Should we be surprised that it’s come to this where for many years how society has even overly tolerated the extremists in or society as they effected along with many totally secular minded officials or teachers who have moved toward Marxist/Socialistic ideology becoming a society of overly tolerant, permissive, politically correct, now woke CRT promulgators over traditional, tried, tested and proven principles that obviously got us humans through centuries and millennia to establish a Great Nation under God that has done so much good for its people and the world all along!

But if it was the other way around does anyone actually believe or more importantly have proof and historical record to demonstrate that if our forebears and ancestors promulgated all of these hard leftist even communist wacky ideas that we could have done and accomplished as human beings what we have while maintaining a True Freedom of the People! Is North Korea Free, or China and Russia, and how about Iran or Syria and now Afghanistan which Biden and his Leftist Mob allowed to spiral out of control into near chaos again where women will be forth class citizens or like dogs to tyrannical men that think nothing of lopping heads off of their inferred enemies whether they be foreigners or their own people! Anyone with a clue can see they are building NOTHING but actually are instead tearing apart the very innate fabric of a society and cultural heritage that was for a great many years the most envied in the world bar none, making America a truly real place to have a chance where even so many from other nations moved to; in order that they could live a free, productive, and happy life!

When Obama a complete fraud and wicked human being was placed on a pedestal as someone that was great and going to bring all Americans together making them even better than they had been, some kind of enlightenment he led them to believe; it was all a lie because he was at the juncture where the most divisiveness and debauchery in America got ramped up, to not make a better Nation under God but to ruin and make America a hellish place ruled by Satan! People were tricked by that evil man to think he was going to be some MLK like figure which he is so far removed from even resembling in truth, that it’s a sin by itself to think he was anything of the kind; while being an insult to Martin Luther King!

People have been deceived and played to the hilt by him and many forked tongued devils, yet so many still don’t get it, or have a clue; so I see how multitudes will never wake up in time to save America or their souls from hell! But, there are still many of us who didn’t want this to happen and perhaps we failed in some ways too, but, that doesn’t mean we can’t seek redemption in good faith and conscience so that we make amends to fight back with all we’ve got, to correct and right the wrongs allowed to propagate and fester; in order to have a fighting chance of saving Our Nation under God for the foreseeable future and perhaps generations to come! And regardless, of whether it’s even being too late to save our nation, we have to fight the good fight if we have any common decency and good left in us collectively, to at least rally the many good citizens and Christian minded peoples of America to say enough is enough; we want to live the way God intended for us to live just like our Great Forebears stated when they founded this Nation under God; in so doing we can help God to save souls!

I just saw in a MSM headline that Senator Dick Durbin a most contemptuous angry power drunk corrupted Senator and human being, who was so pleased to push falsehoods and fake articles of impeachment against a sitting president Trump at the time angrily stirring the pot as it were, against a President who definitely didn’t deserve them! But now when his own Parties Blood is working feverishly to consolidate and secure power; a corrupted most vile fraud of a man who is the Fake President, now giving Obama and his following a third term, this crony Durbin just said, now is the time he can really make The Dreamers get their wish and have a clear path to citizenship. This fraud politician is only looking to secure the power that he and all of the corrupted Democrats or ruling class have yearned for over the last couple of decades, and to make sure they secure millions more votes for the Democrat Party, and that is all he is trying to do! This way the leftist madness that has reared its ugly head as of late, will take full control; and these crazy immoral ideas or policies throughout our system will be law of the land, just like the concept of Woke, Marxism and CRT are gaining such power, to accomplish as Bernie Sanders has said, a communist, along with Radical Biden with Obama; has said we can fundamentally change this country for the better! It just keeps happening lately, often times when I’m writing about Biden of course along with many of the circumstances he is directly involved in as the Puppet POTUS along with any of his horrible Cabinet members or even other staff members the infamous Hitler comes up just like earlier today when I wrote about the article referring to Biden’s ‘Declaration of War Against Unvaccinated’.

Here I note especially what I was thinking and saying in that regard! My point is we are dealing with corruption as bad as it gets in the highest levels of our government which for all intents and purposes is not a democracy anymore, but, is a full blown oligarchy or dictatorship! So the obvious extrapolation of these facts and truth is that Biden is preemptively singling out any group of citizens to be targeted and hated as not being Patriotic according to his warped sense of reality as to what that is, and such individuals are not doing his will, as if he is the Führer just like Adolph Hitler was doing prior to and during World War II when he ostracized the Jews and turned multitudes of Germans against the Jewish minority making them a subhuman group that like vermin or insects needed to be exterminated! When he then parlayed that fervor to such a pitch that millions of Jewish people were marched into ovens to be murdered in an atrocity the likes of which had never been seen on earth! Then today all over the internet articles are cropping up about another nefarious character who I know has to be greatly affected by diabolical forces and helping to facilitate the same evil agenda that I know Biden is along with many of the cabinet picks from the former most nefarious previous president in my eyes Obama and his former cabinet in essence giving Obama his third term to finish the destruction of America; thus why the Afghanistan withdrawal went so badly, not by error but by absolute metered and calibrated INTENT!

So who is this extremely shady character that is full Leftist WOKE and a major player in our government’s highest echelon involved in most if not all of the most intense matters at hand?

Well, as I was thinking through what is happening with Biden and others it clicked and the worm did indeed turn!

Then I recalled writing about another apparent useful idiot for the communists in China as are Fauci, Gates, Biden and a host of other unsavory highly corrupted characters causing all of the mayhem in the world now but this one in particular struck me as very dangerous and evil! This man being Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Mark Milley who had the gall and audacity to compare President Trump to Adolph Hitler; here was what I stated back on July 17^th.

The MSM and Establishment have attacked President Trump incessantly who was admittedly the best President this country has had in many years; yet now some major figures, “Heavy Hitters” actually are comparing him to Adolph Hitler which Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Mark Milley just did this week; and to some on the left even going as far as comparing Trump to Satan himself! Are these people all deranged and out to lunch; or just evil?

OK, so I’m sorry to inform you but the unequivocal answer is yes they are absolutely EVIL! This is all being orchestrated by Satan himself and Obama, Rice, Blinken, Merrick Garland who is working feverishly to finish totally politicizing the DOJ in my estimation to make it a new Nazi SS Gestapo to implement total partisan dictatorial control over all facets of our government and be in the driver’s seat to go after anyone they want to like they did to Trump for his full term in office with impunity; and using any fabrication or concocted reason they want while having nothing holding them back to prosecute and find guilty anyone for anything, with life sentences or even executions to follow! This while the former cabinet members for the Obama/Biden administration along with the rest of the totally corrupt DC Swamp and Obama being a puppet master for Satan right now as I write this; his Third term which he was supposed to get through Hillary!

Believe me when I tell you, come hell or high water time is now, it has arrived and the only way this can be averted is absolute God Send Miracles, because the Devil has got the helm; with all engines full ahead.

I went on to say back in July, “and everything Trump accomplished over the four years of his Presidency he did under the greatest amount of constant non-stop negative pressure and harassment, which would drive any person insane in that position or to a stroke because of all the lies and schemes the Democrats were devising to get him out of office so they could finish the screw job that Obama and Hillary with that Leftist/Marxist administration had carried out with Biden as VP for eight years!”

I went on to the following. Now with the left in charge we’re Trillions of dollars more in debt in less than one year, because I might add all the continuous infighting between the parties and mostly because of the Democrats being hell-bent on toppling Trump from before he was elected all the way to the end of his term; so they ignored all the good just to accomplish their one malicious goal of ruin and evil, which paved the way for the actual global conspiracy that they were in on especially Biden with China, of a hoax pandemic to set the Marxist take over agenda in motion causing all this excessive debt and death; I’ve never seen that happen this way, which is absolutely insane and never going to get paid down! The country will go belly-up before that happens and China is looking to make its move at some point not far down the road to pounce; so we can thank Biden who was so cozy with the CCP for so many years selling us all out for his own aggrandizement and enrichment!

Do you all see the obvious here, the total corruption and evil of these Democrats and MSM Establishment? They have fringe elements in the party like the “Squad” that are just their “useful idiots” because they can be used as a minority shield and or a distraction making an weaponized accusation of racism; if anyone where to call them out and show them up for what they really are, as in the whole Democrat party is a “Giant Lie!” Joseph Goebbels and Hitler would be proud of them; performing like a well lubricated Nazi Gestapo Party Machine!

Then after you think about that and let it settle in look at what they and all the Left backed up by the entire Establishment have actually installed in the White House through a series of cheating or fraudulent means throughout the country, during the Presidential election, which is so obvious now and has been all along; but now the evidence and witnesses are all coming right out into the open!

“Also according to the book, Milley told House Speaker Nancy Pelosi “I agree with you on everything,” after the speaker called him and pressed him to secure the country’s nuclear weapons and called Trump “crazy.”

“Woodward and Costa write that after the call with Pelosi, Milley “decided he had to act” and told the military service chiefs and then-CIA director to watch everything “all the time.”

So Apparently this SOB was basically acting as a Clandestine Commander in Chief and bypassed the executive branch or President which is outright TREASON and Execution is in order for anyone that does such a treasonous act!

So in summation this conspiratorial joints chief of staff Nazi like Traitor who was actively plotting just prior to the January 6^th rally for accountability in the compromised November election! Joint Chiefs Chairman Army Gen. Mark Milley single-handedly took top-secret action to preempt then-President Donald Trump from ordering a military strike or launching nuclear weapons, according to a new book.

According to Peril by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, Milley was worried that after the January 6 Capitol breach, Trump could “go rogue” and called a secret meeting on January 8 with senior military leaders.

During that meeting, Milley instructed senior military officials in charge of the National Military Command Center to not take orders from anyone unless he was involved, according to a write-up of the book by CNN.

“No matter what you are told, you do the procedure. You do the process. And I’m part of that procedure,” Milley told them.

“Milley considered it an oath,” Woodward and Costa wrote.

The book also revealed that Milley had two back-channel phone calls with China’s top general to reassure him that the U.S. would not attack, even promising to give him a heads up if it did.

According to a write-up by the Washington Post, Milley — four days before the 2020 presidential election — assured his Chinese counterpart, Gen. Li Zuocheng of the People’s Liberation Army, that the U.S. would not strike.

The book said Milley’s first call was prompted by intelligence that suggested the Chinese believed the U.S. was preparing to attack.

“General Li, I want to assure you that the American government is stable and everything is going to be okay,” Milley allegedly said. “We are not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations against you.”

Milley even pledged to alert Li in the event of a U.S. attack.

“General Li, you and I have known each other for now five years. If we’re going to attack, I’m going to call you ahead of time. It’s not going to be a surprise,” he said, according to the book.

In his second call on January 8, 2021, Milley promised Li, “We are 100 percent steady. Everything’s fine. But democracy can be sloppy sometimes.” Milley did not tell Trump about the call, according to the book.

Also according to the book, Milley told House Speaker Nancy Pelosi “I agree with you on everything,” after the speaker called him and pressed him to secure the country’s nuclear weapons and called Trump “crazy.”

They wrote, “Milley was overseeing the mobilization of America’s national security state without the knowledge of the American people or the rest of the world.”

“Some might contend that Milley had overstepped his authority and taken extraordinary power for himself,” they wrote, but said the chairman believed his actions were “a good faith precaution to ensure there was no historic rupture in the international order, no accidental war with China or others, and no use of nuclear weapons” as Milley “felt no absolute certainty that the military could control or trust Trump.”

Milley also allegedly discovered Trump had signed a military order to withdraw all troops from Afghanistan by January 15, 2021, and considered it an “end run” around the president’s military advisers.

So I concluded that the Obama years were chock full of this abandonment and accepting what he said as gospel, and we have seen the utter decay of our Nation because of it! Now with Biden this will be the “Coup De Grâce” to destroy America and “We the People,” the actual Patriotic Citizens!

Children’s Health Defense Responds to Biden’s ‘Declaration of War Against Unvaccinated’

President Biden’s speech last week was stunning. As the Associated Press aptly reported, the president pivoted from a war on the coronavirus to a war on the “unvaccinated.”

Coercing the “unvaccinated” was the president’s first and foremost point — the only way back to normal is through vaccination, testing and masks, he said.

But the president went much further — he vilified the unvaccinated. They are not “doing the right thing.” They are “keeping us from turning the corner.” They are “blocking public health.”

“The refusal [of the unvaccinated] has cost all of us,” Biden said.

Addressing the 80 million refusers, the president said, as if speaking to unruly children, “our patience is wearing thin.”

He went further still, empathizing with the anger and anxiety of those who’ve been vaccinated and thus presumably protected. He threatened, “We cannot let the unvaccinated undo this progress,” although he muddled the words in delivery.

Biden also took a potshot at dissenting doctors, suggesting they are “conspiracy theorists,” not “real doctors.” His comments echoed the calls of others, including the Federation of State Medical Boards, to take away the medical licenses of doctors who dare to raise questions about vaccine safety.

The president’s speech was deeply disturbing. He exhorted medical coercion of an experimental gene therapy for a virus with a 99% survival rate for a large portion of the population, and for which no one bears financial liability in cases where injuries or deaths occur.

Furthermore, Biden misled the public on vaccine approval. He suggested that because the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine on Aug. 23, there’s nothing more for the unvaccinated to “wait for.”

However, the FDA has not licensed the Moderna, Johnson & Johnson (marketed as Janssen) and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines, and the licensed Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine is largely unavailable in the U.S.

The shots that are available are overwhelmingly Emergency Use Authorization only, to which federal law requires the right of refusal, under Title 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

As The Defender reported last month, the administration’s gambit on licensure is a cynical bait-and-switch tactic.

The president’s speech announced the full weight of the federal government against those who lawfully reject an unwanted, experimental medical intervention. Worse still, he sought to enlist the vaccinated in this divisive and dangerous campaign.

No president should seek to demonize citizens exercising the fundamental human right to informed consent. No president should play doctor and demand 100% vaccination rates.

Medical decision-making must be individual and individualized, and occur in the context of the doctor-patient relationship. No medical intervention can be safe and effective for all, as the president suggested. Science does not support dividing people by vaccination status and discriminating on that basis, as the president purported — nor do law or ethics support damaging discrimination.

The president failed to respect the individual rights to informed consent. The Nuremberg Code, which the U.S. promulgated and has expanded over time, says it best: “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.”

Suggesting the “large majority of Americans” may demonize and marginalize a minority for rejecting experimental medicine is abhorrent.

But what did President Biden really mean when he talked about the “unvaccinated?” Are people who refuse COVID shots actually unvaccinated?

No. The vast majority have had many vaccines during their lifetimes: polio, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, influenza and a battery of other ones. They simply have chosen not to take experimental COVID shots that have not yet finished phase 3 clinical trials (Moderna’s trials go to 2022, Pfizer’s until 2023) and that have blanket liability protection for manufacturers, healthcare providers and government officials.

They have decided it’s not right for them. Whether it’s because they object to all vaccination, or this one, whether it’s for scientific, religious or medical reasons, whether it’s because they’ve already been injured by a vaccine which puts them at increased risk, or whether they’ve acquired natural immunity because they’ve already had the virus, it’s their right.

Suggesting the government or the majority is entitled to marginalize the minority on COVID vaccination grounds is shocking.

Yet “unvaccinated” is likely to soon mean anyone who’s missing the latest booster dose. By late September, “unvaccinated” or “not fully vaccinated” likely will mean anyone who’s not had two or three doses of a COVID shot, depending on which brand the person took initially. Who knows how many more boosters are in store?

The president’s final blessing to those “on the front lines of this pandemic” and to “our troops” was particularly painful, because it is precisely these people with deep knowledge of the disease and the vaccines who are refusing the shots in large numbers, and who now are at risk of their livelihoods.

These people who put their lives on the line during the pandemic are being asked to lose everything if they exercise their right to refuse this medical treatment.

What can we do?

Understand that you are the unvaccinated, no matter how many vaccines you’ve had. The administration is looking for scapegoats because COVID is still here, and it’s likely to be here for awhile. The “unvaccinated” term is likely to be a moving target, perpetually ratcheting up what it means to be “fully vaccinated” and “unvaccinated.”
Get educated. Sign up for Children’s Health Defense’s (CHD) The Defender. It’s free. Tell your friends.
Speak up! If you think mandatory medicine with experimental products is not a good idea, now is the time to speak out. Let your elected officials know, call the White House, go to your school board meetings. Remember Pastor Martin Niemöller’s poem, “First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out because I was not a communist.”
Act on your conscience. Consider participating in Walk Out Week starting today, Sept. 13. Stay away from medically coercive schools and jobs.
Find your tribe. Join CHD chapters on our website, or check out affiliated organizations including Health Choice, Millions Against Medical Mandates, National Vaccine Information Center, Informed Consent Action Network and others.
Demonstrate. Show your support for health freedom at peaceful rallies across the country.
Don’t quit your job. If your workplace is mandating vaccination, explore lawful exemptions. If your exemption is denied, force your employer to go through the steps of terminating you. While unpleasant, termination is the only way you can preserve your rights. Lawyers across the country are already bringing lawsuits based on discrimination, the Americans with Disabilities Act, constitutional grounds and others. You may be able to receive back pay and reinstatement if lawsuits succeed. If you resign, you will not be able to vindicate any rights — your departure will be considered voluntary, even if it was not.
Vote your conscience. If you have the opportunity to vote in November, vote your conscience. If your elected officials are not honoring your most precious rights, vote them out!

Based on President Biden’s speech, the next few months may be challenging. Here’s what you can count on from CHD:

I read someone’s commentary that other generations going back over the centuries have spoken about their generation being the prophesied “End Time” and especially over the last 75 years there have been some false alarms but nothing ever happens of the kind; and so it’s just talk and this will all blow over and work itself out like before!

The thing they fail to recognize is yes there have been false alarms and doomsday prophesies in the past, but, never has there been a time when all the necessary components for total rebellion against God and the subjugating of humanity to the point we are living in right now with the massacre of the most innocent and denigrating of human life with industrial scale abortion, and this while specific prophesied events are coming together and culminating into a combination of technology and paganism mindsets in the masses the likes of which has never been seen to this level globally and simultaneously, with madmen of the world who are obviously hell-bent working for the Devil and the coming move to totalitarian control of the whole planet and the ushering in of the antichrist who will claim he is God.

This is happening all around us as people are becoming less respectful and arrogant in all walks of life showing bitterness and hatred toward their fellow man or yes even God mocking Him in behavior and word! This a time when a completely corrupted man, an actual cohort of Satan Joe Biden who I call “America’s Own Man of Perdition” who for 50 years has done nothing but swindle, cheat, steal and lie his way to the highest position in the US government by fraud, even with the essential aid of an enemy nation’s government, Atheist Communist China in order to pull off this deception, all while he claims he is a devout Catholic; becoming an actual Criminal Puppet POTUS and doing nothing now but tearing anything that is good apart; including as many innocent unborn human beings!

This horrendously corrupted man even appropriated nearly 500 Billion dollars in his first few months in office with some of the most hideous individuals in the Democrat party enabling this massive push for abortion on demand, the mass murder of as many human babies as possible making him the “Abortion King” of all time! This here in the

Nation once blessed by God as “The Nation under God” founded by strong and virtuous good Christian men and women who escaped tyranny and evil, to try and live the way God Almighty intended people to live, to the best of their ability; exceedingly better than these scoundrels like Biden do today!

Biden is the antithesis of everything those founders represented and is nothing even remotely close to being a Christian! This is the accursed lost generation mentioned in the Holy Scriptures like no other in history so what else can we discern and surmise that the prophecies are unfolding before our very eyes and as a warning to the elect, to stand strong in His word and be prepared to follow His will no matter what it is; as we approach the climatic End Time.

2 Corinthians 12:7 So to keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to harass me, to keep me from becoming conceited.

The proud don’t know they are proud lost in a timeless delusion and they won’t listen because they are blinded by their own arrogance. Pride stops them from hearing the truth even if there is clear evidence all about. It causes them to twist Scripture to justify sin. The Pharisees were blinded by their pride!

Pride is the main reason that the Pharisees went to Hell. God is trying to tell us things, but the proud heart wouldn’t listen? Such a person doesn’t want to and won’t stand before God to hear Him say, “I’ve been trying to get through to you, but you just would not listen!” Pride is the reason why many will spend eternity in Hell. Many atheists deny the truth and they find every single way that they can to claim there is no God.

This Verse fits Biden to a “T”,

2 Timothy 4:3-4 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

Isaiah 5:20 “20 They say that what is right is wrong and what is wrong is right; that black is white and white is black; bitter is sweet and sweet is bitter.”

Timothy 2 3 states, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

As it says in 1 Peter 1:14-16 “But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”

To me there can be no doubt about it that we are in the End Time as the Globalist Tyrants are setting up a highly technological oppressive totalitarian controlled system of one world government and religion; a false religion that will worship the Antichrist! The time is ripe for this because so many have fallen away from the Church and loving God but instead worships all things under the sun other than our Creator and Savior Jesus Christ!

So I think a bit of hard and harsh language is in order and God will forgive such; but, He sure wont forgive Bergoglio the Apostate of Hell and the Globalist Illuminati Freemasons Conspirators that he is part of, and certainly not the ABORTION KING BIDEN; who has appropriated nearly 500 Billion dollars to murder the UNBORN BABIES, even selling their body parts!!! It’s done from a few hundred people at several events across the country chanting “F Joe Biden” to literally an entire jam-packed stadium chanting “F Joe Biden.”

This happened at the University of Alabama, during their football game, and coincides with Joe Biden getting booed and heckled during the 9-11 ceremony

Liberals are losing their minds over this, and want UofA to put an end to it.

I believe it’s far past the time most if not all of us should have been “spilling our guts” as the saying goes to say what we “MUST” to stop this evil! Police unions across the country look to stop mandatory vaccination among officers

As the White House steps up its push to increase vaccinations, police unions across the country are protesting local mandates, despite the number of COVID-19 deaths among officers.

Last month, when Mayor Lori Lightfoot of Chicago said there would “absolutely” be a vaccine mandate for city employees, the local police union promised legal action.

Catanzara’s opposition to mandates is indicative of a larger trend across the nation’s law enforcement organizations. Meanwhile, three times more officers died of COVID-19 in 2020 than in firearm-related incidents, according to tracking from the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. The National Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) stated that 644 officers have died from the virus as of Sept. 10, but noted that “not all” of the deaths “have been verified.”

“We are a union, and we will defend our members,” FOP executive director Jim Pasco told Axios last month. “You cannot tell people what to do. It’s still an individual and personal choice.”

On Thursday, President Biden announced new measures in an attempt to increase vaccination rates across the country, as the Delta variant rages in some areas. One of those measures requires that all federal employees and contractors be vaccinated. Last month, the Pentagon said it was making the vaccine mandatory for 1.3 million active-duty service members.

Vaccination rates remain low among many police departments. Los Angeles Police Department Chief Michael Moore said that 51 percent of the department was vaccinated as of Aug. 31. Late last month, widows of some of the officers who have died from the disease were featured in a video issued to the department, encouraging officers to get vaccinated. According to a report by the Los Angeles Times, data showed that 85 percent of infected LAPD members were unvaccinated.

The Los Angeles City Council passed a mandate last month that would require all city employees to be vaccinated by early October, unless they have a medical or religious exemption, at which point they would receive weekly testing. The law doesn’t say what happens to employees who do not have a legitimate exemption and refuse to get the vaccine. Unions for the city’s police and firefighters have proposed an alternative, where members who do not wish to get vaccinated can submit to weekly testing.

In New York City, the local police union is demanding that unvaccinated officers who get tested for the virus must be allowed to do so during working hours, or receive overtime pay if they get tested while off the clock. The NYPD has pushed back, saying that officers should get tested off duty and will not be paid overtime for doing so. NYPD leaders also released data in late August showing that only 47 percent of the 35,000 uniformed officers and 18,000 civilian employees in the department were vaccinated.

“We lost three members last week, two of them to COVID, and I think it’s all unnecessary, to some degree,” NYPD commissioner Dermot Shea said in an Aug. 24 interview with NY1. “And I just, everyone I think, all across this country, really, should be embracing these vaccines.”

Police in Massachusetts are among the loudest critics of Republican Gov. Charlie Baker’s proposed vaccine mandate for state employees. The State Police union, which represents 1,900 people, called the mandate a “surprise” and “crudely done.”

“It was hurried and rushed, with no input from any association,” said the union president, Mike Cherven.

At least one city has already carved out a special policy for officers. Portland, Ore., Mayor Ted Wheeler announced Wednesday that police would be exempt from the mandate that was issued for city employees, saying he was “disappointed that we can’t hold all of our City employees to the same vaccine requirement.” The city had announced on Aug. 30 that all its employees were required to be vaccinated or risk losing their jobs.

In an email exchange between the police union and city obtained by Willamette Week, an attorney for the Portland Police Association, wrote on Aug. 27 that “many first responders are deeply opposed to vaccine mandates; so deeply that some will leave the profession before accepting a mandate” and that “the city’s desire to mandate vaccinations for police and dispatch will ultimately exacerbate an already dangerous staffing crisis.”

US President Joe Biden’s just-announced plan to force Covid-19 vaccinations by having federal regulators mandate it for businesses under threat of fines is already being denounced as illegal by critics, who are urging resistance.

As part of a six-prong “Path out of the Pandemic” first announced by the White House on Thursday, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Department of Labor will enact a rule mandating vaccinations for businesses with 100 or more employees. Biden is also requiring all federal employees and anyone contracting with the government – more than 2.5 million people – to be vaccinated, or else.

MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle described the tactic as “the ultimate work-around” for the government to require vaccinations. Republican lawmakers and pundits, however, immediately denounced it as “illegal” and “unconstitutional,” with some urging private companies to resist and rebel.
